Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,611 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,611 m of the 2,692 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 301 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a Boeing 777-300 aircraft taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, taking 9 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The departure roll took place on runway 34R, with a takeoff distance of 43 meters, which was 1% of the runway length. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 202 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to its initial cruising altitude, it encountered local weather conditions of 18°C temperature and winds of 16 knots at 200°. The crosswind was 5 knots, while the tailwind was 15 knots. The enroute climb started overhead Boulevard Park, Washington, and reached an altitude of 28,610 feet above sea level, an increase of 27,307 feet from the initial altitude of 1,304 feet. This climb took 15 minutes and covered a distance of 87 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered a level cruise, starting 1 mile north of Rock Island, Washington, and lasted for 5 minutes, covering 45 nautical miles. The next enroute climb started 4 miles east of Wilson Creek, Washington, and reached an altitude of 32,075 feet, an increase of 2,152 feet from the previous altitude of 29,923 feet. This climb took 2 minutes and covered a distance of 15 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise, starting 6 miles east of Odessa, Washington, and lasted for 45 minutes, covering 415 nautical miles. The next enroute climb started 25 miles northwest of Gull Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada, and reached an altitude of 34,086 feet, an increase of 1,951 feet from the previous altitude of 32,135 feet. This climb took 3 minutes and covered a distance of 32 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered a long level cruise, starting 9 miles east of Cabri, Saskatchewan, Canada, and lasted for 366 minutes, covering 3,009 nautical miles. The next enroute climb started at a specific location, and reached an altitude of 37,126 feet, an increase of 1,764 feet from the previous altitude of 35,362 feet. This climb took 2 minutes and covered a distance of 15 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise, starting at a specific location, and lasted for 92 minutes, covering 742 nautical miles. The next enroute descent started 7 miles south of Eastbourne, East Sussex, England, and descended from 38,232 feet to 8,536 feet, a decrease of 29,696 feet. This descent took 18 minutes and covered a distance of 84 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered a level cruise, starting 1 mile northwest of Saint-Aubin-les-Elbeuf, Normandie, France, and lasted for 13 minutes, covering 61 nautical miles. The next enroute descent started overhead Sacy-le-Grand, Hauts-de-France, France, and descended from 8,612 feet to 1,652 feet, a decrease of 6,960 feet. This descent took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 20 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 27R at Charles de Gaulle International Airport took place from the east, heading 266.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,292 feet above ground level. The landing took place on the runway, with a touchdown distance of 302 meters and a touchdown speed of 146 knots, which was slightly fast. The touchdown rate was firm at -376 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 5.0 meters from the centerline.
The total landing distance was 1,535 meters, which was
The Boeing 777-300 aircraft successfully landed at LFPG Charles de Gaulle International Airport, with a score of 93.4%. The final approach to runway 27R was initiated from the east, heading 266.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,292 feet above ground level (agl).
The aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 146 kt, which was slightly above the target threshold speed of 147 kt. The touchdown distance of 302 meters was considered good, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. However, the touchdown speed was a little fast, which may have contributed to a firm touchdown rate of -376 feet per minute (fpm).
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centreline by 5.0 meters, which may have required some corrective action from the pilots during the rollout phase. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 18°C, with a wind speed of 16 kt from 200°. The crosswind component was 14 kt, while the headwind component was 6 kt.
The total landing distance of 1,535 meters was 57% of the available runway length of 2,692 meters. This indicates that the aircraft was able to stop within a reasonable distance, but may have required some additional braking effort. The runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned from the centreline by 14.1 meters, which may have required some corrective action from the pilots to maintain directional control.
Overall, the landing was considered successful, with a score of 93.4%. However, there were some minor deviations from the target parameters, including a slightly fast touchdown speed and some misalignment during the rollout phase.
