Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,442 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 552 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, an SR22, then departed from runway 07R at EDDB Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The takeoff distance was 369 meters, which is 9% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 82 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were a temperature of 5°C, with a wind speed of 4 knots at 120°. The crosswind was 3 knots, and the headwind was 2 knots. The aircraft climbed to a height of 22,629 feet above sea level, an increase of 21,476 feet from the initial altitude of 1,154 feet. This climb took 18 minutes and covered a distance of 46 nautical miles.
After reaching the cruising altitude, the aircraft entered a level cruise, which started 1 mile northwest of Cybinka, Poland. This cruise phase lasted for 83 minutes and covered a distance of 814 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent, which started 7 miles west of Babaeski, Turkey. The descent took 19 minutes and covered a distance of 53 nautical miles, with a decrease in altitude of 16,838 feet from 22,704 feet to 5,866 feet.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 7 miles north of Marmara, Turkey. This cruise phase lasted for 18 minutes and covered a distance of 33 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent again, which started 16 miles south of Selimpasa, Turkey. The descent took 5 minutes and covered a distance of 11 nautical miles, with a decrease in altitude of 2,068 feet from 5,419 feet to 3,351 feet.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 9 miles southwest of Beylikduezue, Turkey. This cruise phase lasted for 3 minutes and covered a distance of 7 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent, which started 4 miles southeast of Beylikduezue, Turkey. The descent took 2 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles, with a decrease in altitude of 1,032 feet from 2,396 feet to 1,364 feet.
The final approach to runway 05 at LTBA İstanbul Atatürk Airport was made from the southwest, with a heading of 59.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,240 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 05, which has a length of 2,442 meters. The threshold height was slightly above the target, but the threshold speed was good at 82 knots.
The touchdown point was 151 meters beyond the touchdown zone, with a touchdown speed of 65 knots, which was good. The touchdown rate was excellent at -51 feet per minute. However, the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 8.8 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 12°C, with a wind speed of 11 knots at 70°. The crosswind was 2 knots, and the headwind was 11 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,269 meters, which is 52% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 9.0 meters from the centerline. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took less than 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile.
The total flight distance was 974 nautical miles, which was covered in 157 minutes. The aircraft used 224 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The SR22 aircraft successfully landed at LTBA İstanbul Atatürk Airport, achieving a score of 91.4%. The final approach to runway 05 was initiated from the south-west, with a heading of 59.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,240 feet above ground level (agl).
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on the runway, with a speed of 65 kt, which was considered good. The touchdown point was located 151 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, indicating a slight deviation from the intended landing spot. The touchdown rate of -51 fpm was excellent, demonstrating a smooth and controlled descent.
However, there were some minor issues with the landing. The threshold height was slightly above the target, and the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 8.8 meters from the centerline. Additionally, the runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned by 9.0 meters from the centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 12°C, with a wind speed of 11 kt at a direction of 70°. This resulted in a crosswind of 2 kt and a headwind of 11 kt, which may have contributed to the slight deviations from the intended landing spot.
Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft coming to a stop within 52% of the runway length, covering a total distance of 1,269 meters. Despite some minor issues, the pilot demonstrated good control and handling of the aircraft, resulting in a high score of 91.4%.
