Smooth the climb
A good takeoff has a defined shape. It also has a defined end. For an airliner that's thrust reduction and acceleration, commonly somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 ft above the airfield depending on the operator, while for a light aircraft it's established at Vy with the flaps on schedule. Most simmers have no defined end to their takeoff, which is exactly why it never gets judged.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: seven checks where the approach path is 300 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.
At the 300 ft gate: centreline 21.0° off, against a 1° limit.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 880 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 880 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 372 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Beechcraft Sierra C24R taxied to runway 26 at EGHP Popham Airfield and commenced the departure roll. The aircraft lifted off after a takeoff run of 481 m, representing 55 % of the runway, at a speed of 62 kt. Ambient conditions were 15 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 269°, giving a head-wind component of 2 kt and no cross-wind.
During the climb the airplane departed the vicinity of EGHP and rose from 813 ft asl to 1,138 ft asl, a gain of 325 ft achieved in 1 minute while covering 2 nm. The climb was conducted straight ahead of the departure aerodrome.
Cruise commenced approximately 1 mile west of North Waltham, Hampshire, and was maintained for 6 minutes during which the aircraft covered 9 nm. No altitude change was reported for the cruise segment.
The final descent began from 444 ft agl and continued to 18 ft agl, a vertical reduction completed in 48 seconds. This descent prepared the aircraft for the approach to runway 26.
On final approach to runway 26 the aircraft satisfied the stabilization gates, indicating compliance with the prescribed approach parameters.
Landing was executed on runway 26, whose total length is 880 m. The threshold speed was recorded at 70 kt, and touchdown occurred 232 m down the runway at 55 kt with a smooth vertical rate of -123 fpm. The touchdown point was offset by 3.1 m from the centreline, and the total landing distance measured 383 m, equivalent to 43 % of the runway. Weather conditions remained 15 °C with a 2 kt wind from 269°, providing a 2 kt head-wind and zero cross-wind.
Runway rollout alignment was judged very good, with the aircraft remaining on the centreline throughout the deceleration phase.
In total the flight covered 13 nm, required 9 minutes of elapsed time, and consumed 4 kg of fuel.
The final approach to runway 26 at EGHP Popham Airfield descended from 444 ft AGL to 18 ft AGL in 48 seconds and was scored on the stabilisation gates. Local weather was 15 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 269°, giving a head-wind component of 2 kt and no cross-wind.
At the threshold the height was good and the threshold speed was good at 70 kt, setting up a proper flare for touchdown.
Touchdown occurred 232 m down the runway at a speed of 55 kt with a smooth vertical rate of minus 123 fpm. The touchdown point was slightly misaligned by 3.1 m from the centreline and the total landing distance was 383 m, representing 43 % of the 880 m runway.
Rollout alignment was very good as the aircraft decelerated along the remaining runway.
To refine the already strong performance, focus on reducing the 3.1 m lateral offset by tightening the final approach track to the centreline, which will further improve touchdown alignment while preserving the excellent rollout control.
