Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,677 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,677 m of the 3,570 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 405 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the aircraft taxiing from the parking to the runway at LFML Marseille Provence Airport, taking 11 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The departure roll took place on runway 31R, with a takeoff distance of 49 meters, which was 1% of the runway length. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 159 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to a higher altitude, it encountered local weather conditions of a temperature of 13°C and a wind speed of 5 knots at 25°. The crosswind was 4 knots, and the headwind was 1 knot. The enroute climb started 1 mile northwest of LFML Marseille Provence Airport, Marignane, and continued for 6 minutes, covering a distance of 28 nautical miles. The aircraft climbed from an altitude of 1,048 feet above sea level to 16,494 feet above sea level, an increase of 15,446 feet.
The enroute level cruise started 1 mile northeast of Maillane, lasting 2 minutes and covering 10 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another enroute climb, this time from 17,205 feet above sea level to 28,206 feet above sea level, an increase of 11,001 feet, in 7 minutes and covering 48 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise started overhead Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut, lasting 3 minutes and covering 22 nautical miles.
As the aircraft continued its journey, it began an enroute descent from 28,212 feet above sea level to 12,213 feet above sea level, a decrease of 16,000 feet, in 14 minutes and covering 76 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise started 1 mile northwest of Cercier, lasting 2 minutes and covering 8 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another enroute descent, this time from 11,893 feet above sea level to 8,206 feet above sea level, a decrease of 3,687 feet, in 3 minutes and covering 17 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started overhead Lyaud, lasting 2 minutes and covering 4 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another enroute descent, this time from 7,743 feet above sea level to 2,659 feet above sea level, a decrease of 5,084 feet, in 4 minutes and covering 14 nautical miles. The final approach to runway 22 at LSGG Geneva Cointrin International Airport was made from the northeast, heading 226.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,255 feet above ground level.
The landing took place on runway 22, with a runway length of 3,570 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target at 146 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 403 meters, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 140 knots. The touchdown rate was hard at -409 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was very good, and the local weather conditions were a temperature of 13°C and a wind speed of 5 knots at 25°, with a crosswind of 2 knots and a tailwind of 4 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,599 meters, which was 45% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good. The taxiing to the parking from the runway took 5 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 235 nautical miles, taking 55 minutes, and the aircraft used 2,083 kilograms of fuel.
The Airbus A320 successfully landed at Geneva Cointrin International Airport (LSGG) on runway 22, achieving a score of 97.2%. The aircraft approached the runway from the north east, heading 226.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,255 feet above ground level (agl).
The landing was executed with good threshold height, indicating that the aircraft was properly configured for landing. However, the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 146 kt, which may have been due to various factors such as wind conditions or pilot decision. The touchdown distance of 403 meters was within acceptable limits, demonstrating good control and precision during the landing phase.
Despite a slightly fast touchdown speed of 140 kt, the aircraft maintained a good alignment with the runway, resulting in a very good runway touchdown alignment. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 13°C, with a wind speed of 5 kt from 25°. The crosswind component was minimal at 2 kt, while the tailwind component was 4 kt, which may have contributed to the slightly fast touchdown speed.
The total landing distance of 1,599 meters was 45% of the runway length, indicating that the aircraft was able to stop within a reasonable distance. The runway rollout alignment was also very good, demonstrating that the aircraft was properly controlled during the rollout phase.
Overall, the landing was executed with good precision and control, resulting in a high score of 97.2%. However, there were some minor deviations from the target speeds and distances, which may be addressed through further training or adjustments to the aircraft's configuration.
