Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,637 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,637 m of the 2,735 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 574 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report

The liftoff speed was 152 knots, with local weather indicating a temperature of 19°C and a 5 knot wind coming from 348° resulting in a 4 knot crosswind and 1 knot headwind during takeoff.
The enroute climb began 1 mile northeast of Ibiza, ascending from 1,039 ft to 31,611 ft in 15 minutes, covering a distance of 51 nm. The enroute level cruise started 7 miles southeast of Javea, lasting 23 minutes and covering 163 nm. Subsequently, the descent began 2 miles west of Caniles, descending from 31,656 ft to 28,403 ft in 4 minutes over a distance of 32 nm. Another brief enroute level cruise started 3 miles east of Guejar-Sierra for 4 minutes, covering 28 nm before descending again 3 miles west of Otivar from 27,657 ft to 7,432 ft over 17 minutes and 53 nm.
After a short enroute level cruise starting 5 miles southeast of Sierra de Yeguas for 2 minutes covering 7 nm, the final descent began 4 miles northeast of Ardales from 7,011 ft to 2,691 ft in 4 minutes over a distance of 13 nm. The landing at Malaga on runway 12 took place with a runway length of 2,735 m, 43 ft height at threshold, and a touchdown speed of 126 knots. The touchdown occurred 575 m from the threshold with a vertical speed indicator reading of -191 ft/m.
The total landing distance was 1,553 m (57% of the runway length). The taxi from the runway to the parking took 7 minutes, covering less than 1 nm. The total fuel used for the flight was 3,421 kg. Congratulations on the outstanding aircraft landing score of 98.5%! Your performance during each phase of the landing process was truly impressive.
During the Approach Phase, you demonstrated excellent glideslope alignment, which is crucial for a smooth and controlled descent towards the runway. This precision in maintaining the correct angle of descent speaks to your skill and focus as a pilot.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, you effectively managed the threshold height and executed a very good landing flare. This combination of factors ensured a gentle and controlled touchdown, setting the stage for a successful landing.
In the Touchdown Phase, your touchdown rate was good and your speed was on target, demonstrating your ability to accurately judge your aircraft's position and velocity relative to the runway. Additionally, landing 155 meters beyond the touchdown zone shows a keen understanding of your aircraft's capabilities and a mastery of precise landing techniques.
Lastly, during the Rollout Phase, your runway alignment was very good, allowing for a smooth and controlled deceleration after touchdown. This phase is crucial for bringing the aircraft to a safe stop and your attention to detail in maintaining runway alignment is commendable.
Overall, your exceptional performance across all phases of the landing process resulted in a high landing score. Keep up the excellent work and continue to hone your skills to strive for perfection in every landing you make. Your dedication to precision and proficiency as a pilot is truly inspiring. Well done!
