Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway.
At the 1,000 ft gate: speed above the reference speed.
At the 500 ft gate: speed above the reference speed.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 8,902 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 139 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking area to the runway, which took approximately 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 20 at KCHA Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (Lovell Field), with a takeoff distance of 2,863 feet, which was 39% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 159 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 61°F and a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 270°. The crosswind component was 2 knots, while the headwind component was 1 knot. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile east of East Ridge, Tennessee, and climbing from an altitude of 1,678 feet above sea level to 30,005 feet above sea level, an increase of 28,327 feet, in 11 minutes and covering a distance of 54 nautical miles.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 3 miles north of KRNC Warren County Memorial Airport in Mc Minnville, Tennessee, and lasted for 42 minutes, covering a distance of 368 nautical miles. The enroute descent phase began 7 miles northeast of South Chicago, Illinois, and involved a descent from 29,990 feet above sea level to 1,941 feet above sea level, a decrease of 28,049 feet, in 18 minutes and covering a distance of 77 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 19R at KMKE General Mitchell International Airport was made from the north, with a heading of 187.0°, at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,226 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 19R was successful, with a touchdown distance of 134 feet, a touchdown speed of 106 knots, and a touchdown rate of -428 feet per minute. However, the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 28 feet from the centerline, and the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 38 feet from the centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 59°F and a wind speed of 2 knots from a direction of 270°, with a crosswind component of 2 knots and a headwind component of 0 knots. The total landing distance was 1,790 feet, which was 20% of the runway length. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking area took approximately 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 505 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 78 minutes, with no fuel consumption reported.
Aircraft C750 successfully landed at KMKE General Mitchell International Airport on runway 19R, achieving a score of 93.5%. The final approach was initiated from the north, heading 187.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,226 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft maintained a good threshold height, which is a crucial aspect of a safe landing.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's threshold speed was slightly below the target speed of 107 knots, registering at 106 knots. This minor deviation did not significantly impact the overall landing performance. The touchdown distance of 134 feet was within acceptable limits, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. The touchdown speed of 106 knots was also satisfactory, demonstrating the pilot's ability to manage the aircraft's speed during the landing phase.
However, the touchdown rate of -428 feet per minute (fpm) was considered hard, which may indicate a slightly aggressive descent. This could be a point of improvement for the pilot to refine their landing technique and achieve a more optimal touchdown rate.
The runway touchdown position was misaligned by 28 feet from the centreline, which may have been caused by a slight deviation in the pilot's alignment during the final approach. This misalignment was also reflected in the runway rollout alignment, which was slightly off-centre by 38 feet. Despite these minor deviations, the total landing distance of 1,790 feet was only 20% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing roll.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were favorable, with a temperature of 59°F and a wind speed of 2 knots from 270°. The crosswind component was minimal at 2 knots, and the headwind was negligible at 0 knots. Overall, the landing performance of Aircraft C750 was satisfactory, with some areas for improvement to achieve a higher score.
