Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,642 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 501 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
A Boeing 777-300 departed from Vancouver International Airport (CYVR) on runway 26L, taking off with a liftoff speed of 185 kt. The aircraft utilized 42% of the 1,380 m runway to achieve liftoff, with a local wind of 10 kt at 290° and a crosswind of 2 kt. The temperature at the time of departure was 15 °C.
The enroute climb phase began overhead CYVR, with the aircraft ascending from 924 ft to 32,973 ft in 17 minutes, covering 119 nm. This was followed by a level cruise phase that lasted 192 minutes, during which the aircraft covered 1,696 nm. The flight then underwent several enroute climb phases, with the final climb taking the aircraft from 33,402 ft to 34,952 ft in 2 minutes, covering 14 nm. The aircraft then entered a level cruise phase that lasted 213 minutes, covering 1,752 nm. The flight continued with further enroute climb and level cruise phases, before beginning its descent into Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport (LFMN). The final approach was made to runway 04L, with the aircraft touching down 89 m beyond the touchdown zone and utilizing 55% of the 2,561 m runway.
The landing was characterized by a slightly fast touchdown speed of 140 kt, but a perfect touchdown rate of -42 fpm. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.1 m from the centreline. The total landing distance was 1,421 m, and the runway rollout alignment was very good. The flight then taxied to the parking area, taking 3 minutes to cover less than 1 nm. The total flight distance was 4,831 nm, with a total flight time of 603 minutes and a fuel consumption of 78,206 kg.
The Boeing 777-300 touched down on runway 04L at LFMN Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport with a threshold speed slightly above the target at 149 kt. The approach quality was good, with a final approach to the runway from the south west, heading 45.0° at 4 nm and 1,272 ft above ground level. The threshold height was satisfactory, allowing for a smooth touchdown.
The aircraft touched down 89 m beyond the touchdown zone, with a touchdown speed of 140 kt, which was a little fast. However, the touchdown rate was perfect at -42 fpm, indicating a controlled descent. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.1 m from the centreline, but the rollout alignment was very good, demonstrating good control and coordination during the landing phase. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 13 °C and a gentle headwind of 3 kt, contributed to a stable and predictable approach.
The total landing distance was 1,421 m, which accounted for 55% of the runway length. Overall, the landing performance was satisfactory, with a score of 98.8%. The slight deviations from the target threshold speed and touchdown speed were minor, and the controlled touchdown rate and good rollout alignment ensured a safe and efficient landing.
