Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 6,775 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 6,775 ft of the 12,196 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,537 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight in question was operated by an Embraer E190 aircraft. The pre-flight taxiing process from the parking area to the runway took approximately 7 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles. The aircraft departed from runway 23 at Kurumoch International Airport (UWWW), located in Samara, Russia.
During takeoff, the aircraft lifted off at a speed of 152 knots, covering a distance of 524 feet, which accounted for 6% of the runway length. The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 86°F, with a wind speed of 11 knots at a direction of 200°. The crosswind component was 7 knots, while the headwind component was 8 knots.
After takeoff, the aircraft began its enroute climb, which started approximately 1 mile southwest of Kurumoch International Airport. The climb phase involved an increase in altitude from 1,450 feet above sea level (asl) to 32,596 feet asl, covering a distance of 154 nautical miles in 15 minutes.
The enroute level cruise phase began approximately 34 miles east of Sorochinsk, Russia, and lasted for 89 minutes, covering a distance of 2,548 nautical miles. The aircraft then entered another climb phase, which started approximately 11 miles west of Lijiang, China. This climb phase involved an increase in altitude from 34,137 feet asl to 36,321 feet asl, covering a distance of 50 nautical miles in 2 minutes.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started approximately 28 miles northwest of ZPDL Dali Fengyi Airport, China, and lasted for 9 minutes, covering a distance of 276 nautical miles. The aircraft then entered another climb phase, which started approximately 24 miles west of PCQ Boun Neau Airport, Laos. This climb phase involved an increase in altitude from 36,487 feet asl to 38,614 feet asl, covering a distance of 54 nautical miles in 2 minutes.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started approximately 7 miles southwest of Muang Xay, Laos, and lasted for 16 minutes, covering a distance of 393 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, which started approximately 10 miles southeast of VTV1 U-Tong, Thailand. The descent phase involved a decrease in altitude from 38,612 feet asl to 5,203 feet asl, covering a distance of 39 nautical miles in 8 minutes.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started approximately 4 miles south of Bang Pa-in, Thailand, and lasted for 3 minutes, covering a distance of 11 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another descent phase, which started approximately 5 miles east of Khlong Luang, Thailand. The descent phase involved a decrease in altitude from 5,184 feet asl to 2,035 feet asl, covering a distance of 12 nautical miles in 3 minutes.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started approximately 3 miles northeast of VTY9 Minburi, Thailand, and lasted for 24 minutes, covering a distance of 6 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final approach to runway 19R at Suvarnabhumi Airport (VTBS), Thailand, from the north, heading 194.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,234 feet above ground level (agl).
The landing on runway 19R was characterized by a touchdown point that was 166 feet beyond the touchdown zone, with a touchdown speed of 121 knots, which was fast. The touchdown rate was fair at -268 feet per minute (fpm). The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 13
The Embraer E190 aircraft successfully landed at Suvarnabhumi Airport, achieving a score of 95.8%. The final approach to runway 19R was initiated from the north, with a heading of 194.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,234 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft's approach was characterized by a slightly above-target threshold height of 58 feet agl, indicating a minor deviation from the ideal landing configuration.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's speed was significantly above the target threshold speed, reaching 125 knots. This excessive speed resulted in a touchdown speed of 121 knots, which was also faster than desired. The touchdown rate of -268 feet per minute (fpm) was considered fair, suggesting that the aircraft's descent was not excessively steep. However, the touchdown point was located 166 feet beyond the designated touchdown zone, indicating a slight deviation from the intended landing spot.
The runway touchdown position was also slightly misaligned, with the aircraft deviating by 13 feet from the centerline. This minor misalignment may have been due to the aircraft's excessive speed or the pilot's response to the crosswind conditions. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 90°F and a wind speed of 11 knots from a direction of 200°. The crosswind component was minimal, at 1 knot, while the headwind component was 11 knots, which may have contributed to the aircraft's slightly above-target threshold speed.
The total landing distance of 6,504 feet was 53% of the available runway length, indicating that the aircraft had sufficient stopping distance to safely come to a halt. The runway rollout alignment was very good, suggesting that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the post-landing phase. Overall, while the landing was not perfect, the Embraer E190 aircraft demonstrated a high level of proficiency, achieving a score of 95.8% and safely coming to a stop on the runway.
