Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,986 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 721 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Firstly, congratulations on achieving an aircraft landing score of 82.8%! This is a great accomplishment and shows that there are many positive aspects to your landing technique.
In terms of the Approach Phase, it seems that there were some areas for improvement. The poor descent path above the glideslope limit and slightly below target speed may have contributed to the threshold height being excessively over target and a very poor landing flare during the Landing Phase.
However, it is important to note that the Touchdown Phase had some strong points, such as an excellent touchdown rate and being on target with speed. Landing 266 m beyond the touchdown zone is not ideal, but it shows that you have the ability to set the aircraft down safely. Additionally, the runway touchdown position being 4.6 m from the centreline might require some attention to improve alignment in the future.
Finally, in the Rollout Phase, the runway alignment being 4.3 m from the centreline is another area to focus on for improvement. Overall, there are definite strengths in your landing technique that should be celebrated, but there are also areas that can be addressed to further improve your score in future landings. Keep up the hard work and dedication to refining your skills, and you will continue to see progress in your aircraft landings. Great job on the 82.8% score!
