Overall, it sounds like the approach phase went well with excellent glideslope and heading alignment. During the Landing Phase, the threshold height and landing flare were perfect, but the excessive speed and long distance of touchdown could be improved upon. Additionally, the poor runway alignment in the Touchdown and Rollout Phases could have been better.
