Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,642 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,642 m of the 2,483 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 547 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 45 minutes and covered a distance of 8 nautical miles. The aircraft, an Airbus A321, then departed from runway 23L at Manchester Airport (EGCC). The takeoff distance was 733 meters, which accounted for 26% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 164 knots.
As the aircraft took to the skies, it encountered local weather conditions of 15°C temperature and a wind speed of 5 knots at 269 degrees. The crosswind was 3 knots, while the headwind was 4 knots. The enroute climb started overhead Mobberley in Cheshire East, England, where the aircraft ascended from 1,187 feet above sea level to 33,960 feet above sea level, an increase of 32,772 feet in 26 minutes, covering a distance of 156 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began overhead Offham in Kent, England, and lasted for 27 minutes, covering a distance of 210 nautical miles. The aircraft then started its descent 2 miles south east of Tenneville in Wallonia, Belgium, from 34,028 feet above sea level to 30,074 feet above sea level, a decrease of 3,954 feet in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 13 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise resumed 1 mile south west of Wiltz in Luxembourg, lasting for 3 minutes and covering a distance of 27 nautical miles. The descent from 30,050 feet above sea level to 1,703 feet above sea level began overhead Wasserliesch in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, a decrease of 28,347 feet in 17 minutes, covering a distance of 82 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 21 at Karlsruhe Baden-Baden Airport (EDSB) was made from the north east, heading 212.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,285 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 21 was successful, with a touchdown point 115 meters beyond the touchdown zone. The touchdown speed was 144 knots, which was a little fast, while the touchdown rate was fair at -280 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were 14°C temperature and a wind speed of 11 knots at 200 degrees. The crosswind was 2 knots, while the headwind was 11 knots. The total landing distance was 1,545 meters, accounting for 62% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was also perfect. The taxiing to the parking from the runway took 4 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile.
The total flight distance was 502 nautical miles, taking 103 minutes, and the aircraft used 4,968 kilograms of fuel.
The Airbus A321 successfully landed at Karlsruhe Baden-Baden Airport, achieving a score of 97.6%. The aircraft approached the runway from the north east, heading 212.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,285 feet above ground level (agl). The final approach was executed with precision, and the aircraft landed on runway 21, which has a length of 2,483 meters.
The threshold height was satisfactory, and the threshold speed was well above the target speed of 155 kt. However, the touchdown point was 115 meters beyond the touchdown zone, indicating that the aircraft could have been slightly more precise in its landing. The touchdown speed of 144 kt was a little fast, but the touchdown rate of -280 feet per minute (fpm) was considered fair.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 14°C and a wind speed of 11 kt from a direction of 200°. The crosswind component was minimal at 2 kt, while the headwind component was 11 kt, which helped to reduce the landing distance. The total landing distance of 1,545 meters was 62% of the runway length, indicating that the aircraft had sufficient runway remaining for safe braking and rollout.
The runway rollout alignment was perfect, demonstrating the pilot's skill and control during the landing phase. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft achieving a high score and demonstrating good control and precision throughout the approach and landing phases.
