Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 10,025 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,395 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with taxiing from the parking area to the runway at LBBG Burgas Airport, which took 4 minutes and covered a distance of 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a FFX P180, then departed from runway 22, with a takeoff distance of 3,100 feet, which was 30% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 126 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 53°F and winds of 10 knots at 260°. The crosswind was 6 knots, and the headwind was 8 knots. After departing from the airport, the enroute climb started 1 mile west of Sarafovo, Bulgaria, and the aircraft climbed from an altitude of 1,081 feet above sea level to 36,588 feet above sea level, an increase of 35,506 feet, in 23 minutes and covering a distance of 82 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 63 miles southeast of Balgarevo, Varna, Bulgaria, and lasted for 94 minutes, covering a distance of 758 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent 12 miles northwest of Yasnaya Polyana, Tula Oblast, Russia, and descended from 35,603 feet above sea level to 854 feet above sea level, a decrease of 34,749 feet, in 6 minutes and covering a distance of 86 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 19 at UUWW Vnukovo International Airport was made from the northeast, heading 203.0°, at an altitude of 1 nautical mile and 176 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 19 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 1,397 feet, which was good, and a touchdown speed of 110 knots, which was also good. However, the touchdown rate was fair at -205 feet per minute.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 41°F and winds of 7 knots at 170°. The crosswind was 4 knots, and the headwind was 6 knots. The total landing distance was 4,508 feet, which was 45% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was perfect, and the taxiing to the parking area from the runway took 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 931 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 131 minutes, with a fuel consumption of 2,258 pounds.
The aircraft, identified as FFX P180 03 01, successfully landed at UUWW Vnukovo International Airport, with a score of 99.7%. The final approach to runway 19 was initiated from the north east, with a heading of 203.0° at a distance of 1 nautical mile and an altitude of 176 feet above ground level (agl).
The aircraft touched down on the runway, which has a length of 10,025 feet, with a good threshold height. However, the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 124 knots. Despite this, the touchdown distance of 1,397 feet was considered good, and the touchdown speed of 110 knots was also within acceptable limits.
The touchdown rate of -205 feet per minute (fpm) was fair, indicating that the aircraft could have been brought down to the ground more smoothly. Nevertheless, the runway touchdown alignment was very good, suggesting that the pilot maintained a stable and controlled approach.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 41°F and a wind speed of 7 knots from a direction of 170°. The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was 6 knots. These conditions did not appear to significantly impact the landing, with the total landing distance of 4,508 feet being 45% of the runway length.
The runway rollout alignment was perfect, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase and brought it to a stop in a stable and aligned manner. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft touching down safely and the pilot demonstrating good control and handling skills.
