Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,297 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 352 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 7 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 777-300, then departed from runway 18L at UKBB Boryspil International Airport in Ukraine. The takeoff distance was 793 meters, which is 20% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 162 knots, and the local weather conditions at the time of departure were a temperature of -8°C, with a wind speed of 3 knots at 234°.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airport, it began its enroute climb, which started 1 mile south of the airport. The climb took 15 minutes and covered a distance of 66 nautical miles, during which the aircraft ascended from an altitude of 1,453 feet above sea level to 38,109 feet above sea level, an increase of 36,656 feet.
After completing the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 1 mile northwest of UKRM Chervonobirka Airstrip Radomyshl' in Ukraine. This phase lasted for 72 minutes and covered a distance of 538 nautical miles.
As the aircraft approached its destination, it began its enroute descent, which started overhead Zalaegerszeg in Hungary. The descent took 22 minutes and covered a distance of 103 nautical miles, during which the aircraft descended from an altitude of 38,328 feet above sea level to 2,495 feet above sea level, a decrease of 35,833 feet.
The final approach to runway 30 at LJLJ Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport in Slovenia was made from the southeast, heading 307.0° at an altitude of 1,252 feet above ground level and a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway threshold. The landing was made on runway 30, which has a length of 3,297 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also good at 138 knots.
The touchdown distance was good at 351 meters, and the touchdown speed was 133 knots, which was also good. The touchdown rate was excellent at -63 feet per minute. However, the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 4.8 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of -4°C, with a wind speed of 0 knots at 360°.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, which took 1 minute and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 715 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 118 minutes. The aircraft used 13,376 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 777-300 aircraft successfully landed at LJLJ Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, achieving a high score of 99.0%. The final approach to runway 30 was conducted from the south east, with a heading of 307.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,252 feet above ground level.
The aircraft touched down on the runway with a good threshold height, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 138 knots. The touchdown distance of 351 meters was within acceptable limits, and the touchdown speed of 133 knots was also good. The most impressive aspect of the landing was the touchdown rate, which was an excellent -63 feet per minute, indicating a smooth and controlled descent.
However, there was a slight deviation in the runway touchdown position, with the aircraft being 4.8 meters off-centerline. This minor discrepancy was likely due to factors such as wind or pilot error, but it did not significantly impact the overall performance of the landing.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were favorable, with a temperature of -4°C and a wind speed of 0 knots from 360°. This meant that there was no crosswind or headwind to contend with, making the landing even smoother.
The total landing distance of 1,445 meters was 44% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the size of the Boeing 777-300 aircraft. The runway rollout alignment was also very good, indicating that the aircraft was able to maintain a stable and controlled path after touchdown.
Overall, the landing was a success, with the aircraft performing well in terms of speed, distance, and alignment. The minor deviation in the touchdown position was the only notable issue, but it did not significantly impact the overall performance of the landing.
