Maintain the centreline
A small uncorrected heading error at 40 knots becomes a metre of offset per second by 100 knots, noticed only at rotation, producing a crabbed liftoff. Root cause is nearly always eyes on the tape instead of the far end of the runway. Small heading changes displace a distant point visibly long before the nearby centreline stripes look wrong.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,580 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 412 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, the approach phase went well with excellent heading alignment and on-target speed. However, there was a poor descent path below the glideslope limit.
In the landing phase, the threshold height was too low and there was a poor landing flare. Despite this, the touchdown rate was fair and the speed was slightly above target. The distance was very good but there was a bounce on touchdown. Landing with a 20 knot crosswind was well done.
During the rollout phase, the runway alignment was poor.
To improve for next time, I recommend focusing on maintaining a steady descent path and improving runway alignment during all phases of the landing. Additionally, working on achieving a smoother touchdown and flare will help improve overall landing performance. Great job handling the crosswind effectively! Keep practicing and you will continue to improve.
