Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 3,501 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 531 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Airbus A320 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Frankfurt Airport, taking 6 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The departure roll took place on runway 18, with a takeoff distance of 1,316 meters, which is 33% of the runway length. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 166 knots.
As the aircraft took to the skies, it encountered local weather conditions of 9°C temperature and a wind speed of 15 knots at 239 degrees. The crosswind component was 13 knots, while the headwind component was 7 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 2 miles west of Moerfelden-Walldorf in Hessen, Germany. The climb took place from an altitude of 1,349 feet above sea level to 35,807 feet above sea level, an increase of 34,459 feet in 21 minutes, covering a distance of 136 nautical miles.
Following the climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, starting 1 mile southwest of Neuenweg in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. This phase lasted for 21 minutes, during which the aircraft covered a distance of 248 nautical miles. The enroute descent then began 5 miles northeast of Anglards-de-Saint-Flour in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. The descent took place from an altitude of 36,057 feet above sea level to 1,783 feet above sea level, a decrease of 34,274 feet in 19 minutes, covering a distance of 118 nautical miles.
As the aircraft approached its destination, it began its final approach to runway 32L at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, heading 323.0 degrees at an altitude of 1,279 feet above ground level and 4 nautical miles from the runway. The landing took place on runway 32L, which has a length of 3,501 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 135 knots.
The touchdown point was 105 meters beyond the touchdown zone, with a touchdown speed of 127 knots, which was good. The touchdown rate was also good at -184 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, and the runway rollout alignment was also perfect. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were 10°C temperature and a wind speed of 7 knots at 350 degrees, with a crosswind component of 3 knots and a headwind component of 6 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,057 meters, which is 30% of the runway length. The taxiing to the parking area from the runway took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 509 nautical miles, taking 69 minutes, and the aircraft used -53 kilograms of fuel.
The Airbus A320 successfully landed on runway 32L at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (LFBO) with a score of 99.0%. The aircraft approached the runway from the southeast, heading 323.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,279 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot maintained a good threshold height, which is a critical aspect of a safe landing.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's threshold speed was recorded at 135 knots, which is within the acceptable range. The touchdown point was 105 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, but this is not considered a significant deviation. The touchdown speed of 127 knots was also within the acceptable range, and the touchdown rate of -184 feet per minute (fpm) was good, indicating a smooth and controlled descent.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 10°C and a wind speed of 7 knots from a direction of 350°. This resulted in a crosswind of 3 knots and a headwind of 6 knots, which the pilot effectively managed during the landing. The total landing distance of 1,057 meters was 30% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing distance.
The runway rollout alignment was perfect, demonstrating the pilot's skill and control during the landing. Overall, the landing was executed smoothly and safely, with the aircraft coming to a stop within a short distance of the runway threshold. The high score of 99.0% reflects the pilot's expertise and the aircraft's performance during the landing.
