Slow down before tight turns
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

Rotate the moment the speed tape reaches 152 kt, not after it.
What happened: Rotation was held until 170 kt, 18 kt past the 152 kt rotation target. Carrying that much extra speed into rotation usually adds unwanted energy right at liftoff.
Arrival
Fly a stabilized approach and flare to touch down at the target point of 457 m.
What happened: Touchdown occurred past the normal point, landing 360 m beyond the target distance. This pattern typically reduces the margin available for stopping before the runway end.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 2,027 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 2,027 m of the 4,700 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 817 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Boeing 777-200ER taxied from the parking area to runway 19R at ENGM Oslo Airport, Gardermoen in 6 minutes, covering 2 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 19R, the aircraft used a takeoff distance of 1,825 m (51 % of the runway) and lifted off at 170 kt; local weather reported a temperature of 20 °C, wind 0 kt from 288°, with zero cross- and head-wind components.
The initial climb commenced 1 mile south of ENGM, climbing from 1,656 ft asl to 32,887 ft asl-a gain of 31,231 ft-in 20 minutes while covering 137 nm.
Level cruise began 4 miles south of Ødeborg, Sweden, lasting 78 minutes and extending over 665 nm.
A subsequent climb started 4 miles east of LZSB Letisko Horný Jatov Sellye, climbing from 32,993 ft asl to 34,988 ft asl, an increase of 1,995 ft in 3 minutes and covering 28 nm.
The next cruise segment originated 1 mile southwest of Komárom, Hungary, and persisted for 27 minutes, traversing 233 nm.
A further climb was initiated 12 miles southeast of Valjevo, Serbia, rising from 35,218 ft asl to 36,552 ft asl (1,333 ft) in 2 minutes and covering 14 nm.
Cruise then continued 5 miles north of Arilje, Serbia, for 322 minutes, during which 2,534 nm were flown.
The aircraft began another climb 27 miles south of Juba, South Sudan, gaining 1,942 ft from 36,996 ft asl to 38,938 ft asl in 3 minutes while covering 26 nm.
A following cruise segment started 11 miles northeast of HUMC Moyo Airport, lasting 158 minutes and covering 1,257 nm.
Descent commenced 8 miles northeast of FVAE Braebourne Airport, Zimbabwe, descending from 38,967 ft asl to 10,336 ft asl-a loss of 28,631 ft-in 12 minutes and covering 82 nm.
A brief level cruise followed 4 miles south of FVCP Charles Prince Airport, Harare, lasting 2 minutes and spanning 6 nm.
The next descent began 9 miles southwest of Harare, dropping from 10,042 ft asl to 6,106 ft asl, a decrease of 3,937 ft in 6 minutes while covering 15 nm.
Final approach to runway 05 at FVRG Robert Gabriel Mugabe International was executed from the southwest, on a heading of 45.0°, at 4 nm and 1,299 ft agl.
Landing on runway 05, which is 4,700 m long, occurred with a threshold height of 75 ft agl and a threshold speed of 135 kt; touchdown was 404 m beyond the touchdown zone at 130 kt, with a vertical speed of minus 202 fpm and a lateral offset of 4.6 m from the centreline. Local conditions were 11 °C, wind 2 kt from 110°, crosswind 2 kt and headwind 1 kt. The total landing distance measured 1,951 m (42 % of the runway) and rollout alignment was very good.
The aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 2 minutes, covering less than 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 5,005 nm, took 643 minutes, and consumed 75,051 kg of fuel.
The Boeing 777-200ER on a final approach to runway 05 at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International maintained a heading of 45.0° from the south-west at 4 nm and 1,299 ft agl. The approach was assessed as stabilised at the 1,000 ft gate, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope and centreline all within limits.
At threshold the aircraft was 75 ft agl, a height described as well above target, and the threshold speed was recorded as good at 135 kt. The flare proceeded from this altitude and speed without further comment.
Touchdown occurred 404 m beyond the designated touchdown zone with a speed of 130 kt, judged good, and a vertical rate of minus 202 fpm, described as fair. The touchdown point was slightly off centreline by 4.6 m, and the total landing distance measured 1,951 m, representing 42 % of the 4,700 m runway. Ambient conditions were 11 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 110°, including a 2 kt crosswind and a 1 kt headwind.
Rollout alignment was reported as very good, and the aircraft continued along the centreline to a safe exit.
With a final score of 88.0 % the landing was solid; refining the flare to achieve the target threshold height would bring the touchdown point closer to the intended zone, and modest adjustments to the touchdown aim point will reduce the 4.6 m lateral offset. Maintaining the current speed and alignment practices will preserve the strong overall performance.
