Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: seven checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,031 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 372 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.

A brief cruise over Portland followed, lasting 2 minutes and spanning 3 nm.
The next climb originated over Fortuneswell, increasing altitude from 963 ft asl to 4,059 ft asl - an ascent of 3,096 ft - in 5 minutes while traversing 14 nm.
Subsequent level cruise over Burton Bradstock continued for 7 minutes and covered 25 nm.
Descent over Aylesbeare reduced altitude from 3,747 ft asl to 830 ft asl - a decrease of 2,917 ft - in 4 minutes, encompassing 9 nm.
Final approach to runway 26 at EGTE Exeter International Airport involved a descent from 1,030 ft agl to 44 ft agl in 108 seconds, with the aircraft scoring on the stabilisation gates.
Landing on runway 26, which is 2,031 m long, was achieved with a threshold speed of 86 kt; touchdown occurred 371 m down the runway at 71 kt and a vertical speed of minus 42 fpm, and the alignment at touchdown was very good.
The rollout distance measured 608 m, representing 30 % of the runway, and runway rollout alignment was very good.
The aircraft taxied from the runway to the parking area in 2 minutes, covering less than 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 147 nm, required 50 minutes of elapsed time, and consumed 22 kg of fuel.
The TBM 850 performed the final approach to runway 26 at EGTE Exeter International Airport, descending from 1,030 ft AGL to 44 ft AGL in 108 seconds and was scored on the stabilisation gates.
At threshold the aircraft maintained a good height and a good threshold speed of 86 kt.
Touchdown occurred 371 m down the runway at a speed of 71 kt, with a perfect vertical rate of minus 42 fpm and very good runway touchdown alignment.
The rollout covered a total landing distance of 608 m, representing 30 % of the 2,031 m runway, and rollout alignment was very good.
With a score of 99.3 %, the landing was excellent; maintaining the current precision on speed and descent profile will preserve this high performance.
