Be on speed by the gate
Preparing for a stable approach will give you time to decide on whether to attempt the landing or going around. Too much altitude with a high sink rate will result in carrying too much speed onto the runway. Configuring flaps and the gear late also won't help the speed decay.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.

The rest of the report
The Boeing 737-800 taxied from the parking area to runway 25 at EPLL Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport in 6 minutes, covering less than 1 nm.
During the departure roll on runway 25, the aircraft accelerated to a liftoff speed of 146 kt and became airborne after traveling 3,060 ft, which represented 37 % of the runway length; ambient temperature was 36 °F with a wind of 9 kt from 280°, including a 4 kt cross-wind component and a 7 kt head-wind component.
The climb commenced approximately 1 mile southwest of EPLL, rising from 1,622 ft asl to 35,996 ft asl - a gain of 34,375 ft - in 21 minutes while covering 137 nm.
Level cruise began about 1 mile west of Zbaszynek and continued for 60 minutes, during which the aircraft flew 430 nm at cruise altitude.
Descent was initiated roughly 1 mile west of Vierpolders in the Netherlands, descending from 36,001 ft asl to 1,883 ft asl - a loss of 34,118 ft - over 26 minutes and a distance of 148 nm.
The final approach to runway 22 at EGSS London Stansted Airport was flown from the north-east on a heading of 223.0°, intercepting the approach at 4 nm and 1,535 ft agl; local conditions were 33 °F with wind 8 kt from 280°, a 7 kt cross-wind and a 5 kt head-wind.
Touchdown occurred on runway 22 with a threshold speed slightly below target at 129 kt, a touchdown distance of 927 ft, a touchdown speed of 126 kt, and a vertical speed of minus 281 fpm.
The aircraft rolled out over a total landing distance of 3,685 ft, representing 37 % of the runway length, and maintained alignment throughout the rollout.
After exiting the runway, the aircraft taxied to the parking area in 8 minutes, traveling 2 nm.
In total, the flight covered 723 nm, lasted 123 minutes, and consumed 10,946 lb of fuel.
The final approach to runway 22 at EGSS was flown from the north-east on a heading of 223.0° at 4 nm and 1,535 ft agl. The approach was assessed as stabilised at the 1,000 ft gate, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope and centreline all within limits, and the aircraft remained on the correct flight path into the wind-shear-free environment of 8 kt from 280° (crosswind 7 kt, headwind 5 kt) and a temperature of 33 °F.
During the threshold and flare the aircraft established a threshold speed of 129 kt, noted as slightly below the target. The flare produced a touchdown distance of 927 ft from the threshold, a touchdown speed of 126 kt, a descent rate of minus 281 fpm, and runway touchdown alignment was perfect.
Touchdown occurred with the aircraft aligned precisely on the centreline, confirming the earlier alignment assessment. The total landing distance measured 3,685 ft, representing 37 % of the 9,955 ft runway, and the rollout maintained perfect alignment.
Rollout continued with the aircraft tracking the centreline without deviation, completing the landing roll within the measured distance and preserving runway safety margins.
Coaching should focus on achieving the exact target threshold speed and moderating the flare to reduce the descent rate toward a gentler touchdown. Maintaining these parameters will help convert the already high score of 98.3 % into an even more consistent performance.
