Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,350 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 136 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-700, then departed from runway 30L at KSTL St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The takeoff distance was 1,104 meters, which was 35% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 150 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 21 knots at a direction of 350 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 16 knots and a headwind of 14 knots. The aircraft began its enroute climb overhead KSTL St. Louis Lambert International Airport, rising from an altitude of 1,570 feet above sea level to 32,656 feet above sea level, an increase of 31,086 feet, in 15 minutes and covering a distance of 79 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 1 mile west of Zeigler, Illinois, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 15 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another enroute climb 1 mile south west of Crab Orchard, Illinois, rising from 32,722 feet above sea level to 34,498 feet above sea level, an increase of 1,777 feet, in 2 minutes and covering a distance of 15 nautical miles. The enroute level cruise started again 8 miles south east of Stonefort, Illinois, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 16 nautical miles.
The enroute descent started 6 miles north east of Burna, Kentucky, and the aircraft descended from 34,056 feet above sea level to 1,851 feet above sea level, a decrease of 32,205 feet, in 22 minutes and covering a distance of 105 nautical miles. The final approach to runway 20R at KBNA Nashville International Airport was made from the north, heading 198.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,242 feet above ground level.
The landing on runway 20R at KBNA Nashville International Airport was successful, with a runway length of 2,350 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target at 138 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 136 meters, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 136 knots. The touchdown rate was very heavy at -782 feet per minute, but the runway touchdown alignment was very good.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 21 knots at a direction of 179 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 6 knots and a headwind of 20 knots. The total landing distance was 1,132 meters, which was 48% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was perfect.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 6 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 238 nautical miles, taking 58 minutes, and the aircraft used 2,362 kilograms of fuel.
The Boeing 737-700 aircraft successfully landed at KBNA Nashville International Airport, achieving a score of 92.2%. The final approach to runway 20R was initiated from the north, with a heading of 198.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,242 feet above ground level (agl).
The aircraft touched down on the runway with a good threshold height, but the threshold speed was slightly above the target at 138 knots. However, the touchdown distance was within acceptable limits at 136 meters. The touchdown speed of 136 knots was a little fast, but not excessively so. The most notable issue was the very heavy touchdown rate of -782 feet per minute (fpm), which may indicate a slightly hard landing.
Despite the slightly high touchdown speed and heavy touchdown rate, the runway touchdown alignment was very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control and alignment with the runway during the landing. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 18°C and a headwind of 20 knots at 179°. The crosswind component was relatively light at 6 knots.
The total landing distance of 1,132 meters was 48% of the available runway length, which is a reasonable distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. The runway rollout alignment was perfect, indicating that the pilot maintained control and alignment with the runway during the rollout phase of the landing.
Overall, the landing was successful, but there were some minor issues with the touchdown speed and rate. However, the pilot's skills and control of the aircraft during the landing were evident in the good runway touchdown alignment and perfect runway rollout alignment.
