Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,635 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 509 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight onboard the Boeing 737-800 began with a 14-minute taxi from the parking area to the departure runway 08L at Ontario International Airport. The takeoff roll covered 1,952 meters, constituting 57% of the runway length, and the liftoff speed was 174 knots. The local weather at the time of departure was 15°C with calm winds.
The initial climb started shortly after takeoff, increasing the altitude from 1,981 feet to 6,519 feet over a distance of 6 nautical miles in 2 minutes. The subsequent level cruise phase covered 10 nautical miles in 2 minutes. Another climb segment initiated 2 miles northeast of El Cerrito Airport, elevating the aircraft from 6,909 feet to 34,696 feet over 124 nautical miles in 18 minutes. This led to a 144-minute cruise phase that covered 1,188 nautical miles.
The descent phase commenced over Hamilton, Illinois, decreasing the altitude from 33,898 feet to 1,987 feet over 181 nautical miles in 36 minutes.
