Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,809 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,809 m of the 3,987 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 738 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Airbus A321 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Debrecen International Airport, taking 6 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The departure roll took place on runway 04R, with a takeoff distance of 1,166 meters, which accounted for 53% of the runway. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 158 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to a higher altitude, it encountered local weather conditions of 10°C temperature and a wind speed of 5 knots at 20°. The crosswind was 2 knots, while the headwind was 4 knots. The enroute climb started 1 mile south of Debrecen, where the aircraft ascended from 1,458 feet above sea level to 33,904 feet above sea level, an increase of 32,445 feet in 19 minutes, covering a distance of 103 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began 1 mile north of Angyalfoeld, near Budapest, Hungary, and lasted for 29 minutes, covering a distance of 204 nautical miles. The aircraft then started its descent 1 mile southwest of Sattledt, Austria, and descended from 33,634 feet above sea level to 6,987 feet above sea level, a decrease of 26,647 feet in 11 minutes, covering a distance of 80 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another enroute level cruise, this time starting 1 mile east of Hohenlinden, Germany, and lasting for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 13 nautical miles. The descent from 7,005 feet above sea level to 5,168 feet above sea level, a decrease of 1,838 feet in 2 minutes, covered a distance of 9 nautical miles, starting 1 mile west of Aschheim, Germany.
The aircraft then entered another enroute level cruise, starting overhead Pasing, Germany, and lasting for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 6 nautical miles. The descent from 4,997 feet above sea level to 2,716 feet above sea level, a decrease of 2,280 feet in 4 minutes, covered a distance of 10 nautical miles, starting overhead Dachau, Germany.
The final approach to runway 08R at Munich Airport was made from the west, heading 84.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,235 feet above ground level. The landing took place on the runway, with a total landing distance of 1,730 meters, accounting for 43% of the runway. The touchdown point was 323 meters beyond the touchdown zone, with a touchdown speed of 125 knots, which was considered good. However, the touchdown rate was fair at -248 feet per minute.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were 6°C temperature and a wind speed of 5 knots at 69°. The crosswind was 1 knot, while the headwind was 5 knots. The runway touchdown position was misaligned by 7.7 meters from the centreline, and the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 9.4 meters from the centreline.
The taxiing from the runway to the parking area took 3 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 433 nautical miles, taking 81 minutes, and the aircraft used 4,107 kilograms of fuel.
The Airbus A321 aircraft successfully landed on runway 08R at EDDM Munich Airport, achieving a score of 91.9%. The final approach was initiated from the west, heading 84.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,235 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft successfully touched down on the runway, with a touchdown speed of 125 knots, which was within the acceptable range.
However, there were a few areas where the landing could be improved. The threshold height at 62 feet agl was above the target, indicating that the aircraft may have been slightly high on its approach. Additionally, the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 7.7 meters from the centerline, which could have been due to a slight deviation in the aircraft's alignment during the final approach.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were relatively calm, with a temperature of 6°C and a wind speed of 5 knots at 69°. The crosswind component was minimal, at 1 knot, while the headwind component was 5 knots. These conditions were favorable for a smooth landing.
The total landing distance was 1,730 meters, which accounted for 43% of the runway length. This is a relatively short landing distance, indicating that the aircraft was able to touch down and come to a stop within a reasonable distance. However, the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 9.4 meters from the centerline, which could have been due to a slight deviation in the aircraft's alignment during the rollout.
Overall, the landing was successful, but there were a few areas where the aircraft could be improved. With some adjustments to the approach and rollout, the aircraft could potentially achieve an even higher score.
