Shorten the long landing
Ground effect becomes significant below about one wingspan of height. A Cessna 172, with a 36 ft span, enters ground effect at flare height - the float it feels in the hold-off is ground effect arriving on cue. An A320, with a span around 117 ft, has been in ground effect since before the threshold and there is no sudden cushion to feel, only a gradual reduction in induced drag that lengthens any float you allow.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 2,580 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 2,580 m of the 3,441 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 1,326 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, your aircraft landing score of 74.8% indicates that there is room for improvement in certain areas of your approach and landing technique. While there were some areas that need attention, such as poor descent path and speed control during the approach phase, and excessive threshold height and poor landing flare during the landing phase, there were also some positive aspects to your landing.
Your touchdown rate was fair and you managed to land with a 11 knot crosswind, which is no easy feat. Additionally, your runway touchdown position was very good, despite landing 902 meters beyond the touchdown zone. This shows that you have potential to improve and refine your skills in order to achieve even better scores in the future.
In the Rollout Phase, your runway alignment was 11.4 meters from the centerline, which is something to keep in mind for future landings. By continuing to practice and focus on your technique, you can work towards achieving more consistent and accurate landings.
Remember to analyze your approach and landing technique in detail, and make adjustments where necessary to improve your overall performance. Keep up the good work and continue to strive for excellence in your aircraft landings. You have demonstrated skill and potential, and with dedication and practice, you can further enhance your abilities as a pilot. Well done!
