Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,350 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 307 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Airbus A320 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, taking 11 minutes and covering a distance of 2 nautical miles. The departure roll took place on runway 30L, with the aircraft lifting off at a speed of 158 knots. The local weather conditions at the time of takeoff were characterized by a temperature of 4 °C, with a wind speed of 4 knots from a direction of 310 °. The crosswind component was minimal, at 1 knot, while the headwind component was 4 knots.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airport, it began its enroute climb, which started overhead the airport and took the aircraft up to an altitude of 37,041 feet above sea level. This climb phase covered a distance of 150 nautical miles and took 13 minutes to complete, with the aircraft increasing its altitude by 35,190 feet. The enroute level cruise phase followed, during which the aircraft flew at a steady altitude for 23 minutes, covering a distance of 335 nautical miles.
The enroute descent phase began 1 mile south west of Darmstadt, Indiana, and took the aircraft down from an altitude of 36,991 feet to 1,747 feet above sea level. This descent phase covered a distance of 123 nautical miles and took 16 minutes to complete, with the aircraft decreasing its altitude by 35,243 feet. The final approach to runway 20R at Nashville International Airport was made from the north, with the aircraft heading 198.0 ° at an altitude of 1,138 feet above ground level and a distance of 3 nautical miles from the runway.
The landing on runway 20R was successful, with the aircraft touching down at a speed of 139 knots and a distance of 309 meters. The touchdown rate was fair at -253 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 17 °C, with a wind speed of 4 knots from a direction of 280 °. The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was 1 knot.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, taking 5 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 618 nautical miles, taking 66 minutes to complete, and the aircraft used 3,589 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Airbus A320 successfully landed on runway 20R at KBNA Nashville International Airport, achieving a score of 95.5%. The aircraft approached the runway from the north, heading 198.0° at a distance of 3 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,138 feet above ground level (agl). The final approach was executed with good control, and the aircraft landed smoothly on the runway.
The threshold height was satisfactory, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target speed of 142 knots. However, the touchdown speed of 139 knots was faster than expected, which may have contributed to a fair touchdown rate of -253 feet per minute (fpm). The runway touchdown alignment was very good, indicating that the aircraft was well-aligned with the runway centerline at the moment of touchdown.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 17°C and a light wind of 4 knots from 280°. The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was 1 knot. These conditions did not appear to have a significant impact on the landing.
The total landing distance of 1,435 meters was 61% of the runway length, which is a reasonable distance considering the aircraft's weight and the runway's length. However, the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 11.3 meters from the centerline, which may have been due to a slight deviation in the aircraft's direction during the rollout phase.
Overall, the landing was successful, and the aircraft's performance was satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in terms of touchdown speed and runway rollout alignment.
