Smooth the climb
A good takeoff has a defined shape. It also has a defined end. For an airliner that's thrust reduction and acceleration, commonly somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 ft above the airfield depending on the operator, while for a light aircraft it's established at Vy with the flaps on schedule. Most simmers have no defined end to their takeoff, which is exactly why it never gets judged.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 2,238 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 2,238 m of the 4,217 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 437 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Airbus A321 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport, taking 12 minutes and covering less than 1 nautical mile. The departure roll took place on runway 31L, with a takeoff distance of 2,032 meters, which is 68% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 178 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it climbed from 1,497 feet above sea level to 33,000 feet, an increase of 31,504 feet in 22 minutes, covering 118 nautical miles. The local weather conditions at the time of takeoff were a temperature of 1°C, with no wind. The enroute climb started 2 miles east of Kispest, Budapest, Hungary.
After reaching the cruising altitude, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which lasted 128 minutes and covered 1,081 nautical miles. This phase started 5 miles south of Novo Milosevo, Autonomna Pokrajina Vojvodina, Serbia. The aircraft then began another climb, this time from 33,279 feet to 34,989 feet, an increase of 1,710 feet in 2 minutes, covering 21 nautical miles. This climb started 23 miles southwest of El Arish International Airport, El Arish, North Sinai, Egypt.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which lasted 66 minutes and covered 660 nautical miles. This phase started 22 miles northeast of Bir Hasanah, North Sinai, Egypt. The aircraft then began its descent, which started 16 miles south of Soltana Al-Ghat Airport, Al Ghat, Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The descent from 35,284 feet to 19,994 feet, a decrease of 15,290 feet in 9 minutes, covered 86 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which lasted 4 minutes and covered 30 nautical miles. This phase started 11 miles west of Thumamah, Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The aircraft then began its final descent, which started overhead Riyadh Air Base, Riyadh, Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The descent from 19,997 feet to 3,289 feet, a decrease of 16,708 feet in 9 minutes, covered 11 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 33R at King Khaled International Airport was from the southeast, heading 330.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,240 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 33R was successful, with a touchdown distance of 440 meters, which is 51% of the runway length. The touchdown speed was a little fast at 143 knots, but the touchdown rate was firm at -338 feet per minute.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.8 meters from the centerline, and the runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned by 12.2 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 18°C, with no wind. The total landing distance was 2,160 meters.
After landing, the aircraft taxiied to the parking area, taking 5 minutes and covering less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 2,015 nautical miles, taking 251 minutes, and the aircraft used 11,001 kilograms of fuel.
The Airbus A321 aircraft successfully landed at OERK King Khaled International Airport, achieving a score of 94.8%. The final approach to runway 33R was initiated from the south east, heading 330.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,240 feet above ground level.
The aircraft touched down on the runway with a good threshold height, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 145 knots. However, the touchdown speed of 143 knots was slightly faster than ideal, which may have contributed to a firm touchdown rate of -338 feet per minute. The touchdown distance of 440 meters was within acceptable limits.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centreline by 3.8 meters, which may have resulted in a slightly uneven rollout. The local weather conditions were favorable, with a temperature of 18°C and no wind, crosswind, or headwind present.
The total landing distance of 2,160 meters was 51% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing distance. However, the runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned from the centreline by 12.2 meters, which may have required some corrective action from the pilots.
Overall, the landing was successful, but there were some minor deviations from ideal performance. The pilots' ability to maintain control and navigate the aircraft safely to the runway was evident, and the aircraft's performance was satisfactory given the conditions.
