Slow down before tight turns
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

During the departure roll on runway 31L, the aircraft used 3,816 ft of runway, representing 38 % of the available length, and lifted off at 154 kt; ambient temperature was 36 °F with wind 9 kt from 279°, a 5 kt cross-wind component and a 7 kt head-wind component.
Climb commenced 1 mile west of LHBP, with the airplane ascending from 1,472 ft asl to 33,979 ft asl, a gain of 32,507 ft achieved in 19 minutes while covering 126 nm.
Level cruise began 1 mile north-east of Pitomaca (Virovitica-Podravina, Croatia) and continued for 84 minutes, during which 607 nm were flown.
Descent started 42 miles east of Cadaques, Catalunya, with the aircraft descending from 34,000 ft asl to 1,308 ft asl, a loss of 32,691 ft over 24 minutes and a distance of 116 nm.
The final approach to runway 24R at LEBL Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport was executed from the north-east, on a heading of 245.0° at 4 nm and 1,292 ft agl.
Landing on runway 24R, which is 11,416 ft long, was performed with a threshold speed of 139 kt; touchdown occurred at 1,343 ft from the threshold, at 130 kt, with a touchdown rate of minus 195 fpm and perfect alignment; local weather reported a temperature of 34 °F, wind 8 kt from 294°, a 6 kt cross-wind and a 5 kt head-wind.
The runway rollout covered a total landing distance of 3,409 ft, equal to 30 % of the runway, and alignment remained perfect throughout the rollout.
After exiting the runway, the aircraft taxied to the parking area in 5 minutes, traveling 1 nm.
In total, the flight covered 857 nm, lasted 139 minutes, and consumed 13,034 lb of fuel.
The Boeing 737-800 entered the final approach to runway 24R at LEBL from the north-east on a heading of 245.0° at 4 nm and 1,292 ft agl; the approach was assessed as stabilised at the 1,000 ft gate, with gear, flaps, sink rate, glideslope and centreline all within limits.
At threshold the aircraft maintained a good height and a good threshold speed of 139 kt.
Touchdown occurred 1,343 ft down the runway at a speed of 130 kt and a rate of -195 fpm, with perfect runway touchdown alignment; the runway length is 11,416 ft and the total landing distance was 3,409 ft, 30 % of runway.
The rollout proceeded with perfect runway alignment.
With a final score of 99.5 % the landing was excellent; continue to monitor the touchdown point to keep the landing distance comfortably within the runway margin, and fine-tune flare timing to maintain the already good touchdown speed and rate.
