Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,130 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 738 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, the aircraft landing score of 82.9% indicates a strong performance with some areas for improvement.
In the Approach Phase, it is commendable that the glideslope alignment was good and the speed was slightly below the target. This shows that the pilot had good control and awareness during the descent towards the runway.
During the Landing Phase, it is noted that the threshold height was above target and the landing flare was very poor. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the smoothness and safety of the landing.
In the Touchdown Phase, there were both positive and negative points. While the touchdown rate was hard, the speed was on target. However, the touchdown point was significantly beyond the designated zone, which could indicate a need for improvement in judging the approach to the runway. Additionally, the runway touchdown position was slightly off centerline, which could be corrected with better alignment.
Finally, in the Rollout Phase, the runway alignment was also slightly off centerline. This is another area that could be improved for more precise and controlled landings.
Overall, this landing score is a good starting point, and with some focus on improving the landing flare, touchdown point accuracy, and runway alignment, even higher scores can be achieved in future landings. Keep up the good work and continue refining your skills for even smoother, safer landings.
