Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 6,528 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,082 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Departing from Colonel James Jabara Airport in Wichita, Kansas, the aircraft began its journey by taxiing from the parking area to the runway, a process that took 12 minutes and covered a distance of 6 nautical miles. As it reached the runway, the aircraft initiated its departure roll on runway 18, accelerating to a liftoff speed of 130 knots. The takeoff distance of 1,803 feet was achieved at 30% of the runway's length, with a local wind of 25 knots at 169 degrees contributing to the aircraft's performance.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airport, it began its enroute climb, reaching an altitude of 32,013 feet in 15 minutes and covering a distance of 100 nautical miles. The climb was initiated overhead Colonel James Jabara Airport, with the aircraft then transitioning into a level cruise phase, lasting 2 minutes and covering 14 nautical miles, 1 mile north east of KAUB Auburn Airport. The aircraft then began its descent, reducing its altitude from 31,991 feet to 2,621 feet in 12 minutes and covering 65 nautical miles, with the descent initiated overhead 33KS Buena Terra Airpark Topeka. The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, lasting 8 minutes and covering 14 nautical miles, 1 mile north east of 92MU Parks Field Smithville.
As the aircraft approached its destination, Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport, it initiated its final approach to runway 19, aligning itself with the runway at 4 nautical miles and 1,373 feet above ground level. The landing was executed with a touchdown speed of 100 knots and a touchdown distance of 1,080 feet, with the runway touchdown alignment being perfect. The total landing distance was 1,986 feet, accounting for 32% of the runway's length. Following the landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, a process that took 5 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 205 nautical miles, with the flight lasting 49 minutes and consuming 2 pounds of fuel.
The final approach to runway 19 at KMKC Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport from the north was executed with a heading of 192.0° at 4 nm and 1,373 ft above ground level. The approach quality was satisfactory, with a threshold height of 68 ft agl, which was above the target. However, the threshold speed of 104 kt was slightly below the target, indicating a slight delay in the touchdown process.
The aircraft touched down at a speed of 100 kt, which was within the acceptable range. The touchdown distance of 1,080 ft was good, indicating a controlled descent. Unfortunately, the touchdown rate was hard at -470 fpm, which may have resulted in a slight jolt for the passengers. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, with the aircraft centered on the runway. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 81°F and a headwind of 18 kt, contributed to a smooth landing.
The total landing distance of 1,986 ft was 32% of the runway length, indicating a controlled rollout. The runway rollout alignment was perfect, with the aircraft remaining centered on the runway. Overall, the landing was satisfactory, with a score of 89.8%. While there were some minor deviations from the target, the pilot's skills and the aircraft's performance ensured a safe and controlled landing.
