Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,795 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 332 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Airbus A320 taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Naples International Airport, taking 14 minutes and covering a distance of 4 nautical miles. Departure roll took place on runway 24, with a takeoff distance of 1,175 meters, which accounted for 58% of the runway. The aircraft lifted off at a speed of 155 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to its cruising altitude, it encountered local weather conditions of 19°C temperature and winds of 7 knots at 96 degrees. The crosswind was 5 knots, while the tailwind was 6 knots. The enroute climb started overhead Miano, Campania, Italy, and reached an altitude of 36,881 feet above sea level, an increase of 35,572 feet from the initial altitude of 1,308 feet. This climb took 13 minutes and covered a distance of 132 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began 1 mile north of Lugnano in Teverina, Umbria, Italy, and lasted for 23 minutes, covering a distance of 311 nautical miles. The aircraft then started its descent from 36,668 feet above sea level to 35,337 feet, a decrease of 1,331 feet, in 2 minutes and covering 28 nautical miles. This was followed by another level cruise, which started overhead Radolfzell, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering 17 nautical miles.
The enroute descent began overhead Beuron, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany, and the aircraft descended from 35,688 feet above sea level to 10,091 feet, a decrease of 25,597 feet, in 16 minutes and covering 95 nautical miles. Another level cruise started 3 miles south east of Weilbach, Bavaria, Germany, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering 10 nautical miles. The enroute descent then began 2 miles east of Monchberg, Bavaria, Germany, and the aircraft descended from 9,253 feet above sea level to 4,675 feet, a decrease of 4,578 feet, in 9 minutes and covering 30 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise, which started overhead Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany, and lasted for 9 minutes, covering 21 nautical miles. The enroute descent began 1 mile north of Klein-Winternheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, and the aircraft descended from 4,261 feet above sea level to 1,677 feet, a decrease of 2,583 feet, in 3 minutes and covering 8 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 07L at Frankfurt Airport was made from the south west, with a heading of 69.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,327 feet above ground level. The aircraft landed on the runway, which had a length of 2,795 meters. The threshold height was slightly above the target, but the threshold speed was good at 133 knots. The touchdown distance was also good at 334 meters, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 129 knots. The touchdown rate was fair at -295 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was perfect.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were 2°C temperature and winds of 11 knots at 60 degrees. The crosswind was 2 knots, while the headwind was 11 knots. The total landing distance was 1,225 meters, which accounted for 44% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was also perfect.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, taking 4 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 663 nautical
The Airbus A320 successfully landed on runway 07L at Frankfurt Airport (EDDF) with a score of 97.9%. The aircraft approached the runway from the southwest, heading 69.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,327 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot's final approach was executed with precision, and the aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 129 knots, which was slightly above the target speed.
The touchdown distance of 334 meters was within the acceptable range, and the runway touchdown alignment was perfect, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft throughout the landing process. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 2°C and a wind speed of 11 knots from a direction of 60°. The crosswind component was minimal at 2 knots, while the headwind component was 11 knots, which helped to reduce the landing distance.
The threshold height at 59 feet agl was slightly above the target, but this did not significantly impact the landing. The threshold speed of 133 knots was good, indicating that the pilot maintained a stable approach speed. The touchdown rate of -295 feet per minute (fpm) was fair, suggesting that the pilot could have maintained a more gradual descent rate.
The total landing distance of 1,225 meters was 44% of the runway length, which is within the acceptable range. The runway rollout alignment was perfect, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was executed with precision, and the pilot demonstrated good control and decision-making skills throughout the process.
