Maintain the centreline
A small uncorrected heading error at 40 knots becomes a metre of offset per second by 100 knots, noticed only at rotation, producing a crabbed liftoff. Root cause is nearly always eyes on the tape instead of the far end of the runway. Small heading changes displace a distant point visibly long before the nearby centreline stripes look wrong.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: seven checks where the approach path is 300 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
At the 300 ft gate: sink rate above what the glideslope needed, off the runway's 3° glideslope, off the centreline and wings not level.

Side view — the last 1,244 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,244 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 127 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a departure roll from runway 23 at EHLE Lelystad Airport, where the Beechcraft A36 Bonanza took off with a takeoff distance of 1,544 meters, which is 124% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 82 knots, and the local weather conditions at the time of takeoff were a temperature of 15°C, with a wind speed of 5 knots at 232°, resulting in a headwind of 5 knots.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airport, it began its enroute climb, which started overhead EHLE Lelystad Airport. The climb took the aircraft from an altitude of 46 feet above sea level to 883 feet above sea level, an increase of 837 feet in just 1 minute, while covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. This rapid climb was followed by a level cruise, which began 1 mile northeast of the airport and lasted for 9 minutes, covering a distance of 21 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 23 at EHLE Lelystad Airport was made from the northeast, with the aircraft heading 226.0° at an altitude of 290 feet above ground level, 1 nautical mile from the runway. The landing was successful, with a touchdown speed of 60 knots and a touchdown distance of 124 meters, which is 50% of the runway length. The touchdown rate was perfect at -33 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 6.5 meters from the centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 11°C, with a wind speed of 2 knots at 224°, resulting in a headwind of 2 knots. The total landing distance was 616 meters, and the runway rollout alignment was very good. After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, taking 2 minutes and covering a distance of less than 1 nautical mile.
The total flight distance was 24 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 14 minutes, during which the aircraft used 6 kilograms of fuel. Overall, the flight was a successful one, with a smooth takeoff, climb, cruise, and landing, and a good fuel efficiency.
The Beechcraft A36 Bonanza successfully landed at EHLE Lelystad Airport, achieving a score of 97.0%. The aircraft approached the runway from the north east, heading 226.0° at 1 nautical mile and 290 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot executed a precise final approach, taking into account the local weather conditions.
The temperature at the time of landing was 11°C, with a gentle wind blowing at 2 knots from 224°. This resulted in a negligible crosswind component, but a slight headwind of 2 knots. The pilot effectively managed these conditions, ensuring a smooth and controlled descent.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's speed was slightly below the target threshold speed of 69 knots, registering at 60 knots. This was still within a safe margin, and the touchdown distance of 124 meters was considered good. The touchdown rate of -33 feet per minute (fpm) was perfect, indicating a controlled and gentle touchdown.
However, there was a slight deviation from the centerline, with the aircraft touching down 6.5 meters off the centerline. Despite this, the runway rollout alignment was very good, demonstrating the pilot's skill and control.
The total landing distance of 616 meters was 50% of the runway length, which is a reasonable distance considering the aircraft's size and the conditions. Overall, the landing was executed well, with the pilot demonstrating good control and precision throughout the approach and touchdown phases.
