Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,913 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,913 m of the 3,034 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 786 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Overall, your aircraft landing score of 86.6% is a commendable accomplishment. In particular, your approach phase showed excellent glideslope alignment and only a slight deviation in speed, which indicates your skill in maintaining precision during the descent.
However, there are areas where improvement can be made. The landing phase, for example, displayed a good threshold height but a very poor landing flare. This may have contributed to the hard touchdown rate and slightly above target speed during the touchdown phase. The touchdown point being 378m beyond the touchdown zone is also something to be mindful of in future landings.
Additionally, the runway touchdown position being 10.2m from the centerline and the rollout phase showing a 13.3m deviation from the centerline indicate a need for better alignment during these phases of landing.
Despite these areas for improvement, your overall score reflects your competency as a pilot. With continued practice and attention to detail, you have the potential to consistently achieve even higher scores in your future landings. Keep up the good work and strive for excellence in each phase of the landing process. Your dedication and commitment to improvement will surely pay off in the long run.
