Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,793 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 65 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-900, then departed from runway 25 at SAWH Malvinas Argentinas Airport. The takeoff distance was 781 meters, which accounted for 32% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 157 knots, and the local weather conditions at the time of departure were a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 8 knots at 250 degrees. The crosswind was 2 knots, and the headwind was 8 knots.
As the aircraft climbed out of SAWH Malvinas Argentinas Airport, it began its enroute climb, which started 1 mile west of the airport. The climb took 33 minutes and covered 224 nautical miles, during which the aircraft ascended from 1,000 feet above sea level to 36,325 feet above sea level, an increase of 35,325 feet. The enroute level cruise then began, lasting 163 minutes and covering 1,481 nautical miles. The cruise took place at a latitude of -51.409061 and a longitude of -65.7740906.
As the aircraft approached its destination, it began its enroute descent, which started 4 miles southeast of Sao Francisco de Paula, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The descent took 15 minutes and covered 152 nautical miles, during which the aircraft descended from 36,824 feet above sea level to 1,213 feet above sea level, a decrease of 35,612 feet. The final approach to runway 14 at SBFL Hercílio Luz International Airport was made from the northwest, heading 121.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,181 feet above ground level.
The landing on runway 14 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 66 meters, which was 35% of the runway length. The threshold speed was good at 134 knots, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 134 knots. The touchdown rate was fair at -254 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 3 knots at 340 degrees. The crosswind was 2 knots, and the tailwind was 2 knots.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking from the runway, which took 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 1,864 nautical miles, and the total flight time was 222 minutes. The aircraft used 12,124 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-900 aircraft successfully landed at SBFL Hercílio Luz International Airport, achieving a high score of 99.6%. The final approach to runway 14 was conducted from the northwest, with a heading of 121.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,181 feet above ground level.
The aircraft touched down on the runway with a good threshold height, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 134 knots. However, the touchdown speed was slightly higher than ideal, coming in at 134 knots, which may have contributed to a fair touchdown rate of -254 feet per minute. Despite this, the runway touchdown alignment was very good, indicating a high degree of precision in the pilot's landing technique.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 18°C and a gentle wind of 3 knots from a direction of 340°. This resulted in a minimal crosswind and tailwind, with both at 2 knots. The total landing distance of 626 meters was 35% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight.
The runway rollout alignment was perfect, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft throughout the landing process and was able to bring it to a stop in a straight line. Overall, the landing was a success, with the aircraft touching down safely and efficiently on the runway.
