Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,459 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,459 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 348 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight in the TBM 930 began with a quick taxi from the parking area to the runway at LFPB Paris-Le Bourget Airport, covering less than 1 nm in less than 1 minute. The departure roll on runway 07 saw the aircraft taking off after a distance of 2,477 ft, which accounted for 42% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 92 kn.
During the enroute climb, the aircraft started climbing from 1,292 ft asl to 1,432 ft asl over Gonesse, covering a distance of 4 nm in 1 minute. Subsequently, the level cruise phase began overhead LFPG Charles de Gaulle International Airport Paris, lasting 2 minutes and covering 5 nm.
Another climb occurred overhead Marly-la-Ville, where the aircraft ascended from 1,404 ft asl to 3,858 ft asl, covering 13 nm in 4 minutes. The subsequent level cruise phase began overhead Pierrelaye and lasted 52 minutes, covering 130 nm.
The descent began 1 mile southwest of Lympne, during which the aircraft descended from 2,323 ft asl to 362 ft asl, covering 5 nm in 2 minutes. The final approach to runway 21 at EGMD Lydd London Ashford Airport from the northeast saw a smooth landing on the 4,787 ft long runway. The touchdown speed was 64 kn with a smooth touchdown rate of -129 ft/m, slightly misaligned by 16 ft from the centerline.
The total landing distance was 2,489 ft, accounting for 52% of the runway, with a very good runway rollout alignment. After landing, the aircraft taxied back to the parking area in less than 1 minute, covering less than 1 nm.
The total flight distance was 161 nm, taking 65 minutes and using 545 lbs of fuel. Throughout the flight, the weather conditions were relatively stable with temperatures around 48 °F, wind speeds ranging from 8 - 10 kn, and varying crosswind and tailwind components.
Great job on your aircraft landing score of 98.0%! Let's break down your performance in each phase of the landing process.
During the Approach Phase, you did exceptionally well with glideslope alignment, which is crucial for a safe and smooth landing. Your threshold speed was slightly below the target, but still within an acceptable range at 81 knots.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, you had a good threshold height, indicating a well-executed descent towards the runway. Your landing flare was great, helping to cushion the impact and ensure a smooth touchdown.
In the Touchdown Phase, you maintained a smooth touchdown rate of -129 feet per minute, which is commendable. Your touchdown speed of 64 knots was also good, indicating a controlled and stable landing. The touchdown distance was on point, showing your ability to accurately judge the touchdown point on the runway.
One area for improvement is the slight misalignment of the runway touchdown position by 16 feet from the centerline. Paying closer attention to runway centerline alignment can help you improve your overall landing precision.
Overall, your performance during the landing process was excellent, with only minor areas for improvement. Keep up the good work and continue to focus on maintaining consistent and precise landings. With continued practice and attention to detail, you will surely see even higher scores in the future. Congratulations on a job well done!
