Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 7,152 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,486 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with the Vision Jet taxiing from the parking area to the runway at LIRN Naples International Airport, a process that took 6 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 06, with a takeoff distance of 1,693 feet, which is 25% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 94 knots.
As the aircraft climbed to a higher altitude, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 59°F and winds of 2 knots at 184°. The crosswind was 2 knots, and the tailwind was 1 knot. The enroute climb started overhead San Pietro a Patierno, Campania, Italy, where the aircraft climbed from 1,234 feet above sea level to 29,805 feet above sea level, an increase of 28,571 feet in 21 minutes, covering 33 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 8 miles east of Ventotene, Lazio, Italy, and lasted for 40 minutes, covering 169 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent from 29,994 feet above sea level to 13,915 feet above sea level, a decrease of 16,079 feet in 12 minutes, covering 52 nautical miles. This descent started 10 miles east of San Teodoro, Sardegna, Italy.
The aircraft then entered another enroute level cruise, this time starting 8 miles west of Bonifacio, Corse, France, and lasting for 5 minutes, covering 23 nautical miles. The descent from 13,908 feet above sea level to 2,966 feet above sea level, a decrease of 10,941 feet in 16 minutes, covering 10 nautical miles, started 16 miles southwest of Serra-di-Ferro, Corse, France.
The aircraft then entered another enroute level cruise, starting 10 miles southwest of Coti-Chiavari, Corse, France, and lasting for 3 minutes, covering 7 nautical miles. The final descent from 2,961 feet above sea level to 1,317 feet above sea level, a decrease of 1,644 feet in 3 minutes, covering 7 nautical miles, started 4 miles southwest of Coti-Chiavari, Corse, France.
The final approach to runway 02 at LFKJ Ajaccio-Napoléon Bonaparte Airport was from the south, with a heading of 25.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,292 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 02 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 1,484 feet, which is good. The touchdown speed was 63 knots, and the touchdown rate was smooth at -119 feet per minute.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 57°F and winds of 7 knots at 30°. The crosswind was 1 knot, and the headwind was 6 knots. The total landing distance was 2,106 feet, which is 29% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was perfect.
The taxiing from the runway to the parking area took 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 306 nautical miles, taking 109 minutes, and the aircraft used 758 pounds of fuel.
The Vision Jet successfully completed a landing at Ajaccio-Napoléon Bonaparte Airport, with a final approach from the south at a heading of 25.0° and an altitude of 1,292 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft was at a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway, which is a suitable distance for a controlled descent.
Upon landing, the Vision Jet touched down on runway 02 with a speed of 77 knots, which was slightly above the target threshold speed. However, this did not affect the overall performance of the landing, as the touchdown distance of 1,484 feet was within acceptable limits. The touchdown speed of 63 knots was also good, indicating a smooth and controlled descent.
The rate of descent during touchdown was -119 feet per minute, which is considered smooth and indicates a well-executed landing. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, showing that the pilot had excellent control over the aircraft during the final stages of the approach.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were favorable, with a temperature of 57°F and a wind speed of 7 knots from a direction of 30°. This resulted in a crosswind of 1 knot and a headwind of 6 knots, which did not significantly impact the landing.
The total landing distance of 2,106 feet was 29% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. This indicates that the pilot had excellent control over the aircraft during the landing, and that the aircraft's performance was well within acceptable limits.
Finally, the runway rollout alignment was perfect, showing that the pilot had maintained control over the aircraft during the post-landing phase. Overall, the Vision Jet's landing at Ajaccio-Napoléon Bonaparte Airport was a success, with a high score of 99.5% indicating a well-executed and controlled landing.
