Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,801 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,801 m of the 3,590 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 223 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking area to the runway, which took 5 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 777F, then departed from runway 18 at Frankfurt Airport (EDDF). The takeoff distance was 1,151 meters, which accounted for 29% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 174 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 2 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 6 knots at a direction of 10 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 1 knot and a tailwind of 6 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 2 miles west of Moerfelden-Walldorf in the state of Hessen, Germany. The climb took place from an altitude of 1,425 feet above sea level to 23,323 feet above sea level, an increase of 21,898 feet in 8 minutes, covering a distance of 34 nautical miles.
Following the enroute climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 1 mile south of Freudenberg in the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. This phase lasted for 18 minutes and covered a distance of 110 nautical miles. The enroute descent then began overhead Kapellendorf in the state of Thuringia, Germany. The descent took place from an altitude of 23,418 feet above sea level to 1,741 feet above sea level, a decrease of 21,677 feet in 16 minutes, covering a distance of 44 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 26R at Leipzig/Halle Airport (EDDP) was made from the east, heading 266.0 degrees at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,288 feet above ground level. The landing took place on runway 26R, which had a length of 3,590 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was also satisfactory at 137 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 225 meters, and the touchdown speed was 136 knots, which was also satisfactory. The touchdown rate was good at -191 feet per minute.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 2 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 4 knots at a direction of 200 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 4 knots and a headwind of 2 knots. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 5.0 meters from the centerline. The total landing distance was 1,718 meters, which accounted for 48% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking area took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 195 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 50 minutes. The aircraft used 7,040 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 777F aircraft successfully landed at EDDP Leipzig/Halle Airport, achieving a high score of 98.9%. The final approach to runway 26R was conducted from the east, with the aircraft heading 266.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,288 feet above ground level.
The landing was executed smoothly, with a good threshold height and a threshold speed of 137 knots. The touchdown distance was also within acceptable limits, measuring 225 meters. The touchdown speed of 136 knots was well within the recommended range, and the touchdown rate of -191 feet per minute was also satisfactory.
However, there was a slight deviation in the runway touchdown position, with the aircraft being 5.0 meters off-centerline. This minor discrepancy did not seem to affect the overall performance of the landing.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were relatively calm, with a temperature of 2°C and a wind speed of 4 knots from a direction of 200°. The crosswind component was 4 knots, while the headwind component was 2 knots. These conditions did not appear to pose any significant challenges for the aircraft.
The total landing distance of 1,718 meters was 48% of the available runway length, which is a relatively short distance. The runway rollout alignment was also very good, indicating that the aircraft was able to maintain a stable and controlled descent throughout the landing process.
Overall, the landing of the Boeing 777F at EDDP Leipzig/Halle Airport was a successful and well-executed operation, with the aircraft performing within acceptable limits and achieving a high score.
