In the Approach Phase, the poor descent path below the glideslope limit is something that can be easily rectified with more precise altitude control. By ensuring the aircraft stays on the correct glide path, the overall approach will be much smoother and closer to the desired landing parameters.

However, the threshold height being well below target suggests that the descent was perhaps a bit rushed. Taking more time to adjust the descent rate and ensuring the threshold height aligns with the target will lead to a much more precise landing.
