Reduce your height at the threshold
Even a modest height error carries straight through to the touchdown. Geometry alone says that crossing the threshold 10 feet high on a 3° path moves your touchdown roughly 190 feet further down the runway before the flare adds anything.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,653 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,653 m of the 2,312 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 321 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Taxiing from the parking area to the runway at Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, LIEO, took less than a minute and covered a short distance of less than one nautical mile. The Cessna 208B then began its departure roll on runway 05, accelerating to a liftoff speed of 80 knots within a short takeoff distance of 596 meters, which accounted for 24% of the runway length. The aircraft lifted off into a local weather environment characterized by a temperature of 16°C and a negligible wind of 1 knot from 270°.
As the aircraft climbed away from Olbia, it transitioned into an enroute climb phase, which started approximately 2 miles east of the airport. The climb was characterized by a significant increase in altitude, from 907 feet above sea level to 7,626 feet, over a distance of 14 nautical miles, within a timeframe of 6 minutes. This was followed by a 30-minute enroute level cruise phase, during which the aircraft maintained a steady altitude of 7,626 feet while covering a distance of 89 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent phase, which started approximately 4 miles southwest of Piana, Corse, France, and involved a decrease in altitude from 8,000 feet to 3,096 feet over a distance of 15 nautical miles within 5 minutes.
The final approach to runway 18 at Calvi-Sainte-Catherine Airport, LFKC, was initiated from the north, with the aircraft maintaining a heading of 180° at an altitude of 1,193 feet above ground level and a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway threshold. The landing was characterized by a touchdown speed of 62 knots, a touchdown distance of 320 meters, and a touchdown rate of -265 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was perfect, and the runway rollout alignment was also satisfactory. The total landing distance was 1,553 meters, accounting for 67% of the runway length. Following the landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, taking approximately 1 minute and covering a short distance of less than one nautical mile. The total flight distance was 147 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 60 minutes, with a fuel consumption of 208 kilograms.
The final approach to runway 18 at LFKC Calvi-Sainte-Catherine Airport from the north was executed with precision, with the aircraft maintaining a heading of 180.0° at 4 nm and 1,193 ft above ground level. The approach quality was satisfactory, with a threshold height of 71 ft agl, which was well above the target. The threshold speed of 67 kt was good, indicating a well-controlled descent.
As the aircraft touched down on the runway, the touchdown distance of 320 m was good, and the touchdown speed of 62 kt was also within acceptable limits. However, the touchdown rate of -265 fpm was fair, suggesting a slightly higher than ideal rate of descent. Despite this, the runway touchdown alignment was perfect, with the aircraft centered on the runway. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 15 °C and a wind of 1 kt at 269°, contributed to a relatively calm and stable environment for the landing.
The rollout phase was executed smoothly, with the aircraft maintaining perfect alignment with the runway centerline. The total landing distance of 1,553 m, which accounted for 67% of the runway length, was within acceptable limits. Overall, the landing was considered satisfactory, with a score of 89.3%. The combination of good threshold speed, touchdown distance, and rollout alignment contributed to a successful landing, despite a slightly higher than ideal touchdown rate.
