Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 597 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 597 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 117 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with taxiing from the parking area to the runway, which took approximately 3 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 25 at Emden Airport (EDWE), with a takeoff distance of 432 meters, which accounted for 43% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 96 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions of 18°C temperature and a wind speed of 12 knots at 250°. The crosswind was minimal at 1 knot, while the headwind was 12 knots. After departing from Emden, the aircraft began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile northwest of the airport and rising from 1,002 feet above sea level to 2,961 feet, an increase of 1,959 feet in 2 minutes, covering a distance of 3 nautical miles.
The enroute climb was followed by a level cruise, which started 2 miles east of Hinte and lasted for 3 minutes, covering a distance of 12 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting 2 miles west of Westerholt and descending from 2,912 feet to 280 feet, a decrease of 2,632 feet in 3 minutes, covering a distance of 8 nautical miles.
The enroute descent was followed by another level cruise, which started 1 mile southeast of Langeoog and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then began its final approach to runway 23 at Langeoog Airport (EDWL), approaching from the northeast at a heading of 234.0° and an altitude of 98 feet above ground level.
The landing on runway 23 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 115 meters, which was 46% of the runway length. The threshold speed was good at 86 knots, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 81 knots. The touchdown rate was smooth at -128 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was very good. The local weather conditions during landing were 17°C temperature and a wind speed of 13 knots at 251°, with a crosswind of 4 knots and a headwind of 13 knots.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area, which took approximately 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 27 nautical miles, taking 14 minutes, and the aircraft used 33 kilograms of fuel.
The aircraft in question, a M500, successfully landed at EDWL Langeoog Airport, navigating a final approach from the north east with a heading of 234.0° at an altitude of 98 feet above ground level (agl) and 0 nautical miles from the runway. The pilot demonstrated excellent control and precision, achieving a 99.5% score for this landing.
Upon reaching the runway, the aircraft touched down smoothly, with a touchdown speed of 81 knots, which was slightly above the recommended threshold speed of 86 knots. However, the touchdown distance of 115 meters was well within acceptable limits, indicating that the pilot had sufficient control to manage the aircraft's descent and speed.
The landing distance of 272 meters, which accounted for 46% of the runway length, was also satisfactory. This suggests that the pilot had sufficient runway remaining to safely stop the aircraft, even in the event of an unexpected loss of braking performance.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were characterized by a temperature of 17°C and a wind speed of 13 knots from a direction of 251°. This resulted in a crosswind of 4 knots and a headwind of 13 knots, which the pilot effectively managed during the landing.
The runway touchdown alignment was reported to be very good, indicating that the pilot had maintained a consistent and accurate approach path. The runway rollout alignment was also excellent, suggesting that the pilot had maintained control of the aircraft during the post-landing phase and had successfully brought it to a stop in a safe and controlled manner. Overall, this landing was a credit to the pilot's skill and experience, and demonstrated a high level of proficiency in navigating challenging weather conditions and landing on a short runway.
