Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with seven checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,633 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,633 m of the 2,790 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 793 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The Boeing 777-300 departed from Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (KSEA) on runway 16L, taking off with a liftoff speed of 194 kt. The aircraft utilized 51% of the 1,851-meter runway to achieve liftoff, with a local wind of 5 kt at 190° contributing a 5 kt headwind. The enroute climb phase began approximately 1 mile southwest of the airport, where the aircraft ascended from 1,331 ft to 32,987 ft in 18 minutes, covering 114 nm.
The enroute level cruise phase started 10 miles east of Concrete, Washington, and lasted 98 minutes, covering 771 nm. The aircraft then began a second enroute climb phase 44 miles north of Otter Lake Airport in Saskatchewan, Canada, increasing altitude from 32,998 ft to 35,002 ft in 3 minutes, covering 29 nm. The subsequent enroute level cruise phase lasted 308 minutes, covering 2,582 nm, before the aircraft began another climb phase, this time from 35,578 ft to 36,982 ft in 2 minutes, covering 14 nm. The final enroute level cruise phase lasted 110 minutes, covering 896 nm.
As the aircraft approached Frankfurt Airport (EDDF), it began its descent 1 mile north of Dinslaken, Germany, decreasing altitude from 37,000 ft to 6,593 ft in 23 minutes, covering 137 nm. The final approach to runway 07L was from the southwest, with a heading of 70.0° at 4 nm and 1,350 ft above ground level. The aircraft landed on the 2,795-meter runway, with a touchdown point 390 meters beyond the touchdown zone. The total landing distance was 1,565 meters, utilizing 56% of the runway. The aircraft then taxied to the parking area, completing the flight with a total distance of 4,583 nm and a fuel consumption of 78,680 kg, taking a total of 584 minutes.
The Boeing 777-300 touched down on runway 07L at EDDF Frankfurt Airport, showcasing a good threshold height as it aligned with the runway environment. The threshold speed was also well-managed, coming in at 144 kt, a testament to the crew's proficiency in controlling the aircraft's descent. As the aircraft made contact with the runway, the touchdown speed of 137 kt was within acceptable limits, and the touchdown rate of -141 fpm was smooth, indicating a well-executed landing.
However, the touchdown point was located 390 m beyond the designated touchdown zone, which may have been due to a slight misalignment of the runway touchdown position. The aircraft was 3.1 m off centreline, a deviation that could have been caused by factors such as crosswind or pilot error. Despite this, the runway rollout alignment was perfect, demonstrating the crew's ability to maintain control of the aircraft during the critical phase of landing.
The total landing distance of 1,565 m was 56% of the runway length, a reasonable figure considering the aircraft's size and weight. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 11 °C and a gentle wind of 6 kt at 30 °, did not pose any significant challenges to the landing. Overall, the landing was scored 92.7%, a respectable figure that reflects the crew's skill and experience in executing a safe and efficient landing.
