MY FS FLIGHTS
Flight Score
Work on the flare
Arrive slow and the sink rate at the threshold is already above schedule, the flare is short because there is no energy to extend it, and the touchdown is hard in a way that feels exactly like a late flare. Diagnosing a slow arrival as a late flare is the catastrophic misread: you respond by flaring earlier, which bleeds more speed, which makes the next one worse. The tiebreaker is threshold speed against VRef, not feel. Never diagnose a flare without it.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,657 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,657 m of the 3,037 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 794 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
First of all, I want to acknowledge the efforts of the pilot in successfully completing the landing despite facing some challenges during the approach phase. While the descent path was above the glideslope limit and the speed was slightly below target, it's important to note that these issues can be improved upon with practice and awareness.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, the threshold height being excessively over target and a very poor landing flare are areas that can be worked on to achieve a smoother touchdown in the future. However, I want to commend the pilot for maintaining a fair touchdown rate and keeping the speed on target during this phase.
In the Touchdown Phase, the fact that the touchdown point was 321m beyond the touchdown zone and the runway touchdown position was 2.5m from the centerline shows room for improvement in terms of precision. Nonetheless, the pilot managed to keep the touchdown speed on target, which is commendable.
During the Rollout Phase, it's great to see that the runway alignment was very good, indicating good control over the aircraft during this final phase of the landing.
Overall, while there were some areas that could be improved upon, it's important to see this as a learning opportunity and focus on identifying areas for growth. With practice and attention to detail, I have no doubt that the pilot will continue to improve their landing scores in the future. Keep up the good work and continue striving for excellence in all aspects of your flying skills.
