Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,485 m of the approach.
Plan view — the full 1,485 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 184 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 9 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles. The aircraft, a PC-12, then departed from runway 25 at KSOW Show Low Regional Airport. The takeoff distance was 241 meters, which accounted for 12% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 90 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 13 knots at 193 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 12 knots and a headwind of 6 knots. The aircraft took off and began its enroute climb, which started overhead Show Low, Arizona. The climb was from 7,403 feet above sea level to 21,776 feet above sea level, an increase of 14,374 feet in 7 minutes, covering a distance of 22 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began 4 miles northwest of KSNO Snowflake Airport in Snowflake, Arizona, and lasted for 283 minutes, covering a distance of 1,118 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, which started overhead CBG2 Green Lake Airport in Green Lake, British Columbia, Canada. The descent was from 21,995 feet above sea level to 18,193 feet above sea level, a decrease of 3,802 feet in 3 minutes, covering a distance of 12 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise resumed 11 miles southwest of CAV3 One Hundred Mile House Airport in One Hundred Mile House, British Columbia, Canada, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then began its final descent, which started 12 miles southwest of 100 Mile House. The descent was from 17,851 feet above sea level to 4,363 feet above sea level, a decrease of 13,488 feet in 13 minutes, covering a distance of 19 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 15 at CZML South Cariboo Region / 108 Mile Airport was from the north, heading 166.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,239 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 15 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 181 meters. The touchdown speed was slightly above the target at 86 knots, and the touchdown rate was firm at -319 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 3.9 meters from the centerline.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were the same as at the time of departure, with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 13 knots at 193 degrees. The crosswind was 6 knots, and the headwind was 12 knots. The total landing distance was 612 meters, which accounted for 41% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took less than 1 minute and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 1,180 nautical miles, taking 315 minutes, and the aircraft used 1,081 kilograms of fuel.
The PC-12 aircraft successfully landed at the South Cariboo Region / 108 Mile Airport, achieving a score of 97.8%. The final approach to runway 15 was initiated from the north, with the aircraft heading 166.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,239 feet above ground level.
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 81 kt, which was slightly above the target speed. The touchdown distance of 181 meters was considered good, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. However, the touchdown speed was a little fast, which may have contributed to a firm touchdown rate of -319 feet per minute.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 3.9 meters, which may have been due to the crosswind component of 6 kt. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 18°C and a wind speed of 13 kt from 193°. The crosswind component was relatively light, but the headwind component of 12 kt may have contributed to the slight misalignment.
The total landing distance of 612 meters was 41% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing roll. The runway rollout alignment was very good, suggesting that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the landing roll and was able to align the aircraft with the centerline of the runway.
Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft touching down on the runway and coming to a stop in a relatively short distance. However, there were some minor issues with the touchdown speed and runway alignment, which may be addressed in future training or operations.
