Avoid steep turns at low altitude
Below a thousand feet the aeroplane is slow, heavy and close to the ground. A steep turn loses lift, raises the stall speed and flattens the climb just when the gradient matters most. A normal turn on course is a rate one — fifteen degrees or so, twenty-five at the outside, this penalty is to acknowledge when a turn has stopped being a turn and become a manoeuvre.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,797 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 446 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Great job on achieving a landing score of 99.5%! Your performance during each phase of the landing process was impressive and it is evident that you have a strong command over your aircraft.
During the Approach Phase, you maintained excellent glideslope alignment and although your speed was slightly below target, it is clear that you had a good handle on your descent. This shows your attentiveness and precision during the crucial approach phase.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, you demonstrated great threshold height awareness and executed a flawless landing flare. Your ability to judge the correct height and timing for the flare is commendable and speaks to your proficiency as a pilot.
