Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 2,129 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 416 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took approximately 3 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then departed from runway 07 at KTTD Portland Troutdale Airport, with a takeoff distance of 698 meters, which accounted for 46% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 91 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 9 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 10 knots at 200 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 9 knots and a tailwind of 4 knots. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting 1 mile northeast of Troutdale, Oregon. The climb took 15 minutes to reach an altitude of 23,380 feet above sea level, an increase of 22,294 feet from the initial altitude of 1,086 feet. During this period, the aircraft covered a distance of 38 nautical miles.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started 9 miles north of Gates, Oregon. This phase lasted for 44 minutes and covered a distance of 174 nautical miles. The aircraft then began another climb, this time starting 3 miles west of 71OR Cerny Airport Seneca, Oregon. The climb took 2 minutes to reach an altitude of 25,012 feet above sea level, an increase of 845 feet from the previous altitude of 24,166 feet. The aircraft covered a distance of 6 nautical miles during this climb.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, which started 5 miles south of 71OR Cerny Airport Seneca. This phase lasted for 53 minutes and covered a distance of 225 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its descent, starting 8 miles southwest of Walker, California. The descent took 23 minutes to reach an altitude of 8,225 feet above sea level, a decrease of 16,352 feet from the previous altitude of 24,577 feet. The aircraft covered a distance of 66 nautical miles during this descent.
The final approach to runway 27 at KMMH Mammoth Yosemite Airport was made from the east, with a heading of 286.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,114 feet above ground level. The landing was made on runway 27, which had a length of 2,129 meters. The threshold height was good, and the threshold speed was slightly above the target at 99 knots. The touchdown distance was good at 415 meters, but the touchdown speed was a little fast at 86 knots. The touchdown rate was perfect at 21 feet per minute, and the runway touchdown alignment was perfect.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 1 knot at 269 degrees. This resulted in a crosswind of 0 knots and a headwind of 1 knot. The total landing distance was 704 meters, which accounted for 33% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was perfect.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took approximately 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 515 nautical miles, which was covered in 148 minutes. The aircraft used 320 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The aircraft, identified as an M500, successfully landed at KMMH Mammoth Yosemite Airport, achieving a perfect score of 100.0%. The final approach to runway 27 was initiated from the east, with the aircraft heading 286.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,114 feet above ground level.
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 99 knots, which was slightly above the target threshold speed. However, the touchdown distance of 415 meters was considered good, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. The touchdown speed of 86 knots was a little fast, but this did not significantly impact the overall performance of the landing.
The aircraft's touchdown rate was perfect at 21 feet per minute, demonstrating excellent control and stability during the landing. Additionally, the runway touchdown alignment was perfect, indicating that the aircraft was properly aligned with the runway centerline at the moment of touchdown.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were favorable, with a temperature of 15°C and a wind speed of 1 knot from 269°. This resulted in a negligible crosswind component and a slight headwind of 1 knot, which did not significantly impact the landing.
The total landing distance of 704 meters was 33% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing distance. The runway rollout alignment was also perfect, demonstrating excellent control and stability during the rollout phase of the landing.
Overall, the landing was considered a success, with the aircraft achieving a perfect score and demonstrating excellent control and stability throughout the approach, touchdown, and rollout phases.
