Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,635 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 319 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 4 minutes and covered a distance of 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-700, then departed from runway 04 at LaGuardia Airport (KLGA) in New York, United States. The takeoff distance was 1,099 meters, which accounted for 51% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 143 knots.
As the aircraft took to the skies, it encountered local weather conditions with a temperature of 7 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 2 knots at a direction of 70 degrees. The crosswind was 1 knot, and the headwind was also 1 knot. The aircraft then began its enroute climb, starting overhead College Point, New York, and ascending from an altitude of 1,056 feet above sea level to 37,861 feet above sea level, an increase of 36,805 feet in 10 minutes, covering a distance of 112 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise started 2 miles east of Orangeville, Pennsylvania, and lasted for 16 minutes, covering a distance of 369 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent, starting overhead Bryan, Ohio, and descending from 38,098 feet above sea level to 1,879 feet above sea level, a decrease of 36,219 feet in 19 minutes, covering a distance of 141 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 31C at Chicago Midway International Airport (KMDW) was made from the southeast, heading 314.0 degrees at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,262 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 31C, which had a length of 1,635 meters, was successful, with a threshold height that was good, a threshold speed of 135 knots, and a touchdown distance of 319 meters. The touchdown speed was 128 knots, and the touchdown rate was smooth at -106 feet per minute.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 4.4 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of -5 degrees Celsius and a wind speed of 6 knots at a direction of 330 degrees. The crosswind was 2 knots, and the headwind was 5 knots. The total landing distance was 1,094 meters, which accounted for 67% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was very good.
The final stage of the flight involved taxiing to the parking from the runway, which took 3 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 630 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 55 minutes. The aircraft used 4,442 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-700 aircraft successfully landed at Chicago Midway International Airport (KMDW) on runway 31C. The final approach was conducted from the southeast, aligning with the heading of 314.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,262 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft demonstrated a high level of proficiency in its approach, achieving a score of 99.5%.
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 135 knots, which was within the acceptable threshold speed. The touchdown distance of 319 meters was also within the expected range, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. The touchdown speed of 128 knots was slightly lower than the threshold speed, but still within the acceptable limits. The touchdown rate of -106 feet per minute (fpm) was smooth, indicating a gentle and controlled impact with the runway.
However, there was a slight deviation in the runway touchdown position, with the aircraft landing 4.4 meters off-centerline. This deviation was likely due to the crosswind component, which was 2 knots. Despite this, the runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the aircraft's brakes were applied smoothly and effectively.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of -5°C and a wind speed of 6 knots from 330°. The crosswind component was minimal, at 2 knots, while the headwind component was 5 knots. These conditions did not appear to have a significant impact on the aircraft's landing performance.
Overall, the Boeing 737-700 aircraft demonstrated a high level of proficiency in its landing at Chicago Midway International Airport, with a smooth and controlled touchdown and a good runway rollout alignment. The slight deviation in the runway touchdown position was likely due to the crosswind component, but did not appear to have a significant impact on the overall landing performance.
