Flight Score
Know your rotation speed
A typical trainer rotates in the mid-50s of knots - a 172 at around 55 KIAS, climbing out at a Vy in the low 70s, though check your own POH rather than memorising Cessna's numbers - and the transferable rule is that Vr sits just above the stall speed in takeoff configuration. Rotate early because "it felt ready" and the aircraft lifts off inside ground effect, where induced drag is reduced, then climbs out of it into more drag. On a marginal-performance day the result is an aircraft that lifts off and then refuses to climb, sagging back towards the runway.

One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,873 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,873 m of the 2,783 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
Touched down 555 m past the threshold — beyond the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
First of all, congratulations on achieving an overall aircraft landing score of 90.8%! This is a commendable achievement and demonstrates your skill as a pilot.
During the Approach Phase, your glideslope alignment was excellent, which shows great precision and control. However, it is noted that your speed was slightly below the target. Keep up the good work on maintaining the correct glideslope alignment and work on adjusting your speed to meet the target in the future.
Moving on to the Landing Phase, while your threshold height was slightly above target, there is room for improvement in the landing flare. A smooth landing flare is crucial for a safe and comfortable touchdown. Focus on perfecting your landing flare technique to enhance your overall landing performance.
In the Touchdown Phase, it is noted that the touchdown rate was firm, which could potentially be a result of the poor landing flare. However, your speed was on target, which is a positive aspect. Pay attention to touchdown point precision and aim to touchdown within the designated zone to enhance your landing accuracy in future flights.
It is important to highlight that landing with a 7 knot tailwind is a safety concern and should be avoided. Tailwind landings can increase the risk of runway excursions and decrease overall control of the aircraft. Always prioritize safe landing practices by landing into the wind whenever possible.
During the Rollout Phase, the runway alignment was slightly off, with a deviation of 12.0 m from the centerline. Focus on maintaining proper alignment during the rollout phase to ensure a smooth and controlled exit from the runway.
Overall, you have demonstrated strong proficiency in various aspects of the landing procedure. Continue to work on refining your skills, particularly in areas such as landing flare, touchdown point accuracy, and runway alignment. By taking note of the areas for improvement and making adjustments, you can elevate your landing performance even further. Keep up the good work and continue striving for excellence in every aspect of your flying. Well done on your impressive landing score!
