Improve the taxi
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,850 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 331 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking area to the runway, which took approximately 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-700, then departed from runway 06 at SBSL Marechal Cunha Machado International Airport. The takeoff distance was 933 meters, which accounted for 39% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 144 knots, and the local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 27 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 2 knots at an angle of 80 degrees.
The enroute climb started immediately after takeoff, with the aircraft ascending from an altitude of 1,145 feet above sea level to 38,581 feet above sea level. This climb phase covered a distance of 223 nautical miles and took 31 minutes to complete, resulting in an increase of 37,436 feet in altitude. The enroute level cruise phase followed, during which the aircraft maintained a steady altitude and covered a distance of 1,196 nautical miles over a period of 125 minutes.
As the flight progressed, the enroute descent phase began, with the aircraft descending from an altitude of 39,030 feet above sea level to 1,314 feet above sea level. This descent phase covered a distance of 202 nautical miles and took 14 minutes to complete, resulting in a decrease of 37,717 feet in altitude. The final approach to runway 06 at GVSV São Pedro Airport was made from the southwest, with the aircraft heading at an angle of 54.0 degrees at a distance of 4 nautical miles from the runway.
The landing on runway 06 at GVSV São Pedro Airport was successful, with the aircraft touching down at a speed of 125 knots and a touchdown distance of 331 meters. The touchdown speed was slightly above the target speed, but the touchdown rate was smooth at -120 feet per minute. The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 4.3 meters. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 6 knots at an angle of 49 degrees.
The total landing distance was 735 meters, which accounted for 40% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating a smooth and controlled landing. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking area took approximately 1 minute and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 1,628 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 178 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 8,703 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-700 aircraft successfully landed at GVSV São Pedro Airport, achieving a score of 99.3%. The final approach to runway 06 was conducted from the southwest, heading 54.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,230 feet above ground level.
Upon landing, the aircraft touched down on the runway with a speed of 131 knots, which was slightly above the target threshold speed. However, the touchdown distance of 331 meters was considered good, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. The touchdown speed of 125 knots was a little fast, but the touchdown rate of -120 feet per minute was smooth, suggesting a well-executed landing.
The runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centerline by 4.3 meters, which may require some adjustments in the approach and landing procedures. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were favorable, with a temperature of 21°C and a gentle headwind of 6 knots at 49°.
The total landing distance of 735 meters was 40% of the runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight. The runway rollout alignment was very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the landing roll and was able to bring it to a stop safely and efficiently.
Overall, the landing was successful, and the pilot demonstrated good control and precision during the approach and landing phases. However, there are some areas for improvement, such as adjusting the approach and landing procedures to achieve a more accurate touchdown position and reducing the touchdown speed to meet the target threshold speed.
