Improve the rollout
A crosswind landing is a geometry problem. The air mass you're flying in is moving sideways across the runway, and you need your ground track down the centreline with your wheels aligned to it at the moment of contact. There are two techniques that will help, the crab and the sideslip.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,574 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,574 m of the 2,914 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 431 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 2 nautical miles. The aircraft, Vueling EC-MGZ, then departed from runway 25L at EDDB Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The takeoff distance was 1,706 meters, which accounted for 43% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 162 knots.
The local weather conditions at the time of departure were characterized by a temperature of 11 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 9 knots coming from a direction of 200 degrees. The crosswind component was 7 knots, while the headwind component was 6 knots. The aircraft began its enroute climb 1 mile southwest of EDDB Berlin Brandenburg Airport, rising from an altitude of 1,173 feet above sea level to 35,937 feet above sea level, an increase of 34,764 feet, in 20 minutes and covering a distance of 109 nautical miles.
Following the initial climb, the aircraft entered a level cruise phase, which started overhead Bilzingsleben, Germany, and lasted for 88 minutes. During this period, the aircraft covered a distance of 580 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent 2 miles northeast of SB00 Narbonne-Plage, France, and descended from 36,400 feet above sea level to 6,015 feet above sea level, a decrease of 30,385 feet, in 20 minutes and covering a distance of 110 nautical miles.
The aircraft entered another level cruise phase, which started 1 mile southeast of Mollet del Valles, Spain, and lasted for 2 minutes, covering a distance of 8 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final descent 1 mile southeast of Vilassar de Mar, Spain, and descended from 5,909 feet above sea level to 2,420 feet above sea level, a decrease of 3,489 feet, in 4 minutes and covering a distance of 8 nautical miles.
The aircraft entered another level cruise phase, which started 7 miles south of Arenys de Mar, Spain, and lasted for 6 minutes, covering a distance of 20 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its final approach to runway 24R at LEBL Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport, approaching from the northeast and heading 246.0 degrees at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,278 feet above ground level.
The landing on runway 24R was successful, with a touchdown distance of 430 meters and a touchdown speed of 133 knots. The touchdown rate was firm at -306 feet per minute. However, the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned by 7.4 meters from the centerline. The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of 11 degrees Celsius, with a wind speed of 8 knots coming from a direction of 299 degrees. The crosswind component was 7 knots, while the headwind component was 5 knots.
The total landing distance was 1,491 meters, which accounted for 51% of the runway. The runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned by 13.1 meters from the centerline. The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 5 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 843 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 155 minutes. The aircraft used a total of 5,448 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The aircraft, Vueling EC-MGZ, successfully landed at LEBL Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport on runway 24R. The final approach was initiated from the north east, heading 246.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,278 feet above ground level. The aircraft demonstrated a high level of proficiency in its landing, achieving a score of 93.6%.
The pilot's approach to the runway was well-executed, with a good threshold height and a threshold speed of 136 knots. The touchdown distance was also satisfactory, measuring 430 meters. The touchdown speed of 133 knots was within the acceptable range, and the touchdown rate of -306 feet per minute was firm but not excessive. However, the runway touchdown position was slightly misaligned from the centreline by 7.4 meters.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were moderate, with a temperature of 11°C and a wind speed of 8 knots from 299°. The crosswind component was 7 knots, while the headwind component was 5 knots. Despite these conditions, the pilot successfully managed the aircraft's descent and landing.
The total landing distance was 1,491 meters, which accounted for 51% of the runway length. While this is a relatively high percentage, it is still within the acceptable range. The runway rollout alignment was also slightly misaligned from the centreline by 13.1 meters. Overall, the landing was satisfactory, with the pilot demonstrating good control and management of the aircraft throughout the approach and landing phases.
