Improve the touchdown
There are several things that can go wrong during the flare, carrying too much speed over the threshold, starting the flare at the wrong height and inconsistent flight control inputs, all contribute to a poor flare resulting in a hard touchdown or a float down the runway.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out. These checks are the approach's score.

The rest of the report
The Diamond DA42 Twin Star taxied to runway 23 at EHGG Groningen Airport Eelde and commenced the take-off roll, covering 1,042 m which represented 42 % of the available runway. Liftoff was achieved at 87 kt. Ambient conditions were 16 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 270°, a 1 kt cross-wind component and a 2 kt head-wind component.
During the climb the aircraft passed overhead Donderen in the province of Drenthe, ascending from 1,016 ft asl to 1,234 ft asl - a gain of 218 ft in less than one minute while covering less than one nautical mile.
Level cruise began again over Donderen and was maintained for three minutes, during which the aircraft travelled six nautical miles.
The descent phase started over Noordlaren in the province of Groningen, with the aircraft descending from 1,504 ft asl to 806 ft asl - a loss of 699 ft in two minutes while covering three nautical miles.
On final approach to runway 23 at EHGG the aircraft descended from 1,036 ft agl to 36 ft agl in 111 seconds and met the stabilisation gates criteria.
Landing was executed on runway 23, whose total length is 2,490 m. The threshold speed was slightly below the target at 80 kt. Touchdown occurred 259 m down the runway at 61 kt with a firm touchdown rate of minus 318 fpm and perfect alignment. Local weather at the time was 15 °C with a wind of 2 kt from 269°, a 1 kt cross-wind and a 2 kt head-wind.
The rollout distance measured 411 m, representing 16 % of the runway, and alignment remained perfect throughout the ground run.
In total the flight covered 14 nm, taking 8 (minutes) and consumed 3 kg of fuel.
The Diamond DA42 Twin Star descended from 1,036 ft agl to 36 ft agl in 111 seconds on the final approach to runway 23 at EHGG Groningen Airport Eelde, and the approach was scored on the stabilisation gates.
At threshold the height was good and the threshold speed was slightly below target at 80 kt; the aircraft continued the flare in the prevailing conditions of 15 °C, wind 2 kt from 269°, cross-wind 1 kt and head-wind 2 kt.
Touchdown occurred 259 m down the runway at a speed of 61 kt, with a firm touchdown rate of minus 318 fpm and perfect runway-touchdown alignment.
The rollout covered a total landing distance of 411 m, representing 16 % of the 2,490 m runway, and runway-rollout alignment remained perfect.
To convert the strong performance into a near-perfect score, bring the threshold speed up to the target value and aim for a gentler touchdown rate while preserving the excellent alignment already demonstrated.
