Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 5,000 ft of the approach.
Plan view — the first 5,000 ft of the 9,858 ft runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 1,299 ft touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a departure roll from runway 26 at the UKOA Marino Airstrip. The Beechcraft Duke took off with a takeoff distance of 934 feet, which was 71% of the runway length. The liftoff speed was 82 knots. The local weather conditions at the time of departure were a temperature of 41°F and a wind speed of 9 knots from 183 degrees, resulting in a 9-knot crosswind and a 1-knot headwind.
As the aircraft climbed away from the airstrip, it began its enroute climb 1 mile west of UKOA Marino Airstrip, heading towards Konakovo in Russia. The climb started from an altitude of 1,194 feet above sea level and reached a maximum altitude of 20,129 feet above sea level, an increase of 18,935 feet in just 12 minutes. During this climb, the aircraft covered a distance of 37 nautical miles.
After reaching the desired altitude, the aircraft entered a level cruise, starting 4 miles west of USHJ Shemetovo Airport in Moscow Oblast, Russia. This cruise phase lasted for 100 minutes and covered a distance of 432 nautical miles. The aircraft then began its enroute descent 5 miles northeast of UWWE Verkhneye Sancheleyevo Airfield in Tolyatti, Samara Oblast, Russia. The descent from 20,575 feet above sea level to 15,798 feet above sea level, a decrease of 4,777 feet, took just 4 minutes and covered a distance of 16 nautical miles.
The aircraft then entered another level cruise phase, starting 8 miles northwest of UWWW Kurumoch International Airport in Samara Oblast, Russia. This cruise phase lasted for 17 minutes and covered a distance of less than 1 nautical mile. The aircraft then began its final descent 7 miles north of UWWW Kurumoch International Airport. The descent from 14,986 feet above sea level to 1,577 feet above sea level, a decrease of 13,408 feet, took 10 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 15 at UWWW Kurumoch International Airport was made from the north, heading 160.0 degrees at 4 nautical miles and 1,142 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 15 was successful, with a touchdown distance of 1,292 feet, which was good. The touchdown speed was 81 knots, and the touchdown rate was excellent at -78 feet per minute. The runway touchdown alignment was very good.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were a temperature of 34°F and a wind speed of 3 knots from 179 degrees, resulting in a 1-knot crosswind and a 3-knot headwind. The total landing distance was 2,324 feet, which was 24% of the runway length. The runway rollout alignment was also very good.
After landing, the aircraft taxied to the parking area from the runway, taking 4 minutes and covering a distance of 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 495 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 139 minutes. The aircraft used 1,086 pounds of fuel during the flight.
The Beechcraft Duke successfully landed at Kurumoch International Airport, achieving a score of 99.9%. The aircraft approached the runway from the north, heading 160.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,142 feet above ground level (agl). The pilot executed a precise final approach, aligning the aircraft with the runway threshold.
Upon touchdown, the aircraft's speed was slightly above the target threshold speed of 105 knots, registering at 105 kn. The touchdown distance of 1,292 feet was within acceptable limits, and the touchdown speed of 81 kn was also satisfactory. The most impressive aspect of the landing was the touchdown rate, which was an excellent -78 feet per minute (fpm). This indicates that the aircraft touched down smoothly and with minimal deceleration.
The local weather conditions at the time of the landing were favorable, with a temperature of 34°F and a gentle headwind of 3 knots from a direction of 179°. The crosswind component was minimal, at 1 kn, which further contributed to the smooth landing. The total landing distance of 2,324 feet was only 24% of the runway length, demonstrating the pilot's skill and control.
The runway rollout alignment was also very good, indicating that the pilot maintained control of the aircraft during the post-landing phase. Overall, the Beechcraft Duke's landing at Kurumoch International Airport was a textbook example of precision and skill, with the pilot executing a flawless approach and touchdown.
