Monitor your taxi speed
Twenty knots on a monitor produces the visual sensation of about ten. The advice to "taxi at a walking pace" cannot fix this, because your sense of walking pace is exactly the thing that's broken. Put the groundspeed readout in your scan and obey it for the next fifty flights, the way a student pilot leans on the airspeed indicator before learning to read attitude.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
One stabilised approach gate: five checks where the approach path is 500 ft above the runway. The 1,000 ft gate was not assessed, because the approach did not join final that far out.
Side view — the last 1,566 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,566 m of the 2,652 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 466 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
The flight began with a taxiing period from the parking to the runway, which took 8 minutes and covered a distance of 3 nautical miles. The aircraft, a Boeing 737-700, then departed from runway 17L at Calgary International Airport (CYYC) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The takeoff distance was 1,155 meters, which accounted for 27% of the runway. The liftoff speed was 143 knots.
As the aircraft took off, it encountered local weather conditions of -7°C temperature and a 2-knot headwind at 190°. The enroute climb started overhead CYYC, with the aircraft ascending from 4,600 feet above sea level to 36,782 feet above sea level, an increase of 32,181 feet in 11 minutes and covering 122 nautical miles.
The enroute level cruise began 3 miles northwest of Jaques Farms Airport (CJF4) in Buffalo, Alberta, Canada, and lasted for 13 minutes, covering a distance of 380 nautical miles. The aircraft then started its enroute descent 12 miles northeast of Virden / RJ (Bob) Andrew Field Regional Aerodrome (CYVD) in Virden, Manitoba, Canada. The descent from 37,178 feet above sea level to 2,077 feet above sea level, a decrease of 35,101 feet in 17 minutes and covering 140 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 31 at Winnipeg / James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (CYWG) was made from the southeast, heading 318.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,282 feet above ground level. The landing on runway 31 was successful, with a touchdown point 48 meters beyond the touchdown zone. The touchdown speed was 139 knots, which was slightly fast, but the touchdown rate was good at -192 feet per minute.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were -22°C temperature and a 2-knot crosswind at 220°. The runway touchdown position was misaligned by 8.8 meters from the centerline, and the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 9.4 meters from the centerline. The total landing distance was 1,483 meters, which accounted for 56% of the runway.
The taxiing period from the runway to the parking took 2 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. The total flight distance was 652 nautical miles, and the flight duration was 52 minutes. The aircraft used 3,589 kilograms of fuel during the flight.
The Boeing 737-700 aircraft successfully landed at Winnipeg / James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (CYWG) on runway 31. The final approach was initiated from the southeast, heading 318.0° at a distance of 4 nautical miles and an altitude of 1,282 feet above ground level (agl). The aircraft maintained a good threshold height, which is a crucial aspect of a safe landing.
Upon touchdown, the threshold speed was recorded at 146 knots, significantly above the target speed. This indicates that the pilot had sufficient control over the aircraft's descent and was able to maintain a stable approach. However, the touchdown speed of 139 knots was slightly faster than desired, which may have contributed to a slightly longer landing distance.
The touchdown point was located 48 meters beyond the designated touchdown zone, which is a relatively minor deviation. The touchdown rate of -192 feet per minute (fpm) was within the acceptable range, indicating a smooth and controlled descent. Unfortunately, the runway touchdown position was misaligned by 8.8 meters from the centerline, which may have been due to a slight miscalculation of the aircraft's position during the approach.
The local weather conditions at the time of landing were characterized by a temperature of -22°C and a wind speed of 2 knots from 220°. The crosswind component was minimal at 2 knots, while the headwind component was negligible at 0 knots. The total landing distance of 1,483 meters was 56% of the available runway length, which is a relatively short distance considering the aircraft's size and weight.
During the rollout phase, the aircraft's alignment was slightly off-center by 9.4 meters from the centerline. This minor deviation may have been due to the pilot's efforts to maintain control of the aircraft during the rollout phase. Overall, the landing was considered successful, with the aircraft coming to a stop within a reasonable distance from the runway threshold.
