Improve the rollout
A crosswind landing is a geometry problem. The air mass you're flying in is moving sideways across the runway, and you need your ground track down the centreline with your wheels aligned to it at the moment of contact. There are two techniques that will help, the crab and the sideslip.

The threshold, the flare and the hold-off. The approach that led to it is the stabilisation gates below.
Two stabilised approach gates, each with six checks, where the approach path is 1,000 ft and 500 ft above the runway. They are the approach's score: the checks passed out of the checks that ran.
The approach, gate by gate
Side view — the last 1,524 m of the approach.
Plan view — the first 1,524 m of the 1,997 m runway, to the same scale as the side view.
The 338 m touchdown sits inside the full-score zone. The arrival was smooth.
The rest of the report
Departing from London City Airport, the aircraft began its journey by taxiing from the parking area to the runway, a process that took approximately 6 minutes and covered less than 1 nautical mile. With a takeoff distance of 599 meters, which equated to 45% of the runway length, the aircraft lifted off the ground at a speed of 136 knots. The local weather conditions at the time of departure featured a temperature of 18°C, with a wind speed of 14 knots at 80°, resulting in a 3-knot crosswind and a 13-knot headwind.
As the aircraft climbed to its enroute cruise altitude, it traversed a distance of 141 nautical miles, covering an altitude increase of 40,630 feet in 21 minutes. The climb phase began overhead London City Airport and concluded at an altitude of 41,648 feet. Following a 32-minute cruise phase, during which the aircraft covered 467 nautical miles, the descent phase commenced 3 miles southwest of Taevelsas, Sweden. The aircraft descended from 41,880 feet to 2,017 feet in 21 minutes, covering a distance of 144 nautical miles. A brief 2-minute level cruise phase followed, during which the aircraft covered 6 nautical miles.
The final approach to runway 21 at Visby Airport was initiated from the north, with the aircraft maintaining a heading of 201.0° at 4 nautical miles and 1,263 feet above ground level. The landing was executed with a touchdown distance of 339 meters, which was 56% of the runway length. Although the touchdown speed of 116 knots was slightly above the recommended threshold speed, the touchdown rate of -354 feet per minute was firm. The aircraft touched down 9.2 meters off the centerline, and the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 8.5 meters from the centerline. Following a taxiing period of 1 minute, the aircraft arrived at the parking area, having completed a total flight distance of 764 nautical miles and consuming 1,499 kilograms of fuel in the process.
The final approach to runway 21 at ESSV Visby Airport from the north was executed with a heading of 201.0° at 4 nm and 1,263 ft above ground level. The approach quality was good, with a threshold height that met the expected standards. The threshold speed was also satisfactory at 120 kt, indicating a well-controlled descent.
As the aircraft touched down on the runway, the touchdown distance was within acceptable limits at 339 m. However, the touchdown speed of 116 kt was slightly above the desired range, resulting in a firm touchdown rate of -354 fpm. The runway touchdown position was not perfectly aligned with the centreline, deviating by 9.2 m. The local weather conditions, with a temperature of 11 °C and a wind of 8 kt at 260°, contributed to a crosswind of 7 kt and a headwind of 4 kt.
The total landing distance of 1,114 m was 56% of the runway length, indicating a relatively short landing. Although the runway rollout alignment was slightly misaligned by 8.5 m from centreline, the overall performance of the landing was satisfactory, earning a score of 95.3%.
